I went into Ulta to purchase some makeup and perfume but I walked out after the older white woman didn't even acknowledge my presence she went out of the way to help other women who didn't look like me. I went to Macy's in the mall instead and received excellent customer service. Even though the rep was busy she still acknowledged I was there, and I spent a nice sum of money at Macy's.

Went to check out men's fragrances, but not sure if they have a problem with stock or loss management, but there were very few samples of the multitude of colognes that they carry. We ended up smelling what they had. My wife was going to get some moisturizer, but there was only 1 cashier, with about 15 people in line, so she put it back, and left.

Today I came in looking for a lipstick that I had gotten a sample of. The only thing I knew was the name of the color. I had the brand totally wrong and wasn’t sure if it was a gloss/creme/matte. Despite the fact that I had almost no information, a wonderful associate figured it out so it could be ordered for me. This is exactly why I come here. Everyone is always so helpful!

Here’s ANOTHER UPDATE: I got in contact with the “manager” named Carrie who didn’t seem to care at all about my experience! She kept asking me what I wanted done out of this experience, which I thought as a “manager” was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will NEVER recommend this Ulta salon to ANYONE. Horrible experience. Just terrible. Couldn’t even offer a treatment on my terribly damaged hair. Luckily, another salon did a treatment and was able to somewhat save it. Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Can’t add another review so I’ll just say this.this is an update. Do NOT LET MONA TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!! Went to another salon today to get my hair looked at because I knew she messed my hair up badly. At the salon in Ulta , I didn’t even want to look at my hair. I looked at the top and it looked great. I went home and literally CRIED. So I went to another salon today , and was told that my hair was pretty much BURNT. She kept laying bleach on top of bleach. I even tipped her well. Wish I didn’t tip at all. My hair is in its worse health it has EVER been in! Do NOT let MONA touch your hair!!!! Booked my appointment online for HIGHLIGHTS and a hair trim. Arrived on time, it was fine. There was a miscommunication, I made a comment to the women about “I can’t wait until the pink in my hair fades” and I guess that meant to her that I wanted my hair bleached? She then says “I’m just doing highlights” I say “yes that’s fine” bc that’s what I wanted. I sat there for 3 hours while she bleached the top of my head, and there was still pink , and left my natural color at the ends. Horrible experience and will never be back. OH and I was still charged the price of highlights and a haircut.

Nice clean place. Helpful employees. The prices too me are high. They do have a lot of cosmetic brands. Hair tools like curling iron blow dryers good ones. I really like the store just high prices I think. Maybe you all would think different. I say go have a look.

An associate greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me when I couldnt find the shampoo I was looking for. Also another associate offered to get me a basket when my hands were full (I was making my way to checkout). The atmosphere was very pleasant better than the last Ulta I visited. Great job ladies

Best staff ever!! Me and my husband don't get out much and bri just made our visit there so fun and rememorable!! Some may think a trip to ulta as a couple is not fun well we had a blast😃😃😃 Thank you bri!! And also a big shout out to the manager I'm sorry I didn't get your name she made sure I got my amazing free gift with my maelys purchase!!!

my air and makeup artist hannah o was the absolute best! she did amazing on everything and made me feel beautiful! she’s an amazing person and I would go back in a heartbeat if I ever need my hair and makeup done again.

I absolutely love this salon. Keyonna did an amazing job on my root touch up! The price was unbeatable, thank you soooo much!

Went there on Tuesday to get a full highlight and root touch up and haircut, but what I left with is an orangey-yellow muddy blonde color and an uneven haircut with very strange bangs. The manager offered to let me come in and get it fixed free of charge, but told me it would have to be within a few days. Between school and work I don't have a few hours to come in and have my hair fixed and I told the manager that, so she offered me a full refund. When I came in today to get my refund during my lunch break, the manager didn't hesitate to give me my refund, but then told me that I was no longer allowed to return to the salon even though I didn't cause a scene or do anything besides justifiably dispute a bad hair job.

This store is so clean with the friendliest staff!!! Everyone welcomes you when you walk through the door and they help you with a smile on their face!!! Best Ulta Beauty I have ever been to!

Love Ulta but not this particular store. Multiple times I've gone in to pick up a pickup order as an alternate pickup person and been told I have to have the "original order maker" with me -- which defeats the entire purpose of adding an alternate pick-up person. Had the same experience when I was the one who placed the order but had the alternate pickup person go in: sorry, can't help without the person who placed the order. Each time, I had proof (printout) showing the alternate pick-up person's name and contact info, and always had ID, so neither of those were the issue. I've never had this issue with any other Ulta location.

As a guy who knows nothing about women's cosmetics, it's a life saver to have a place like this. With a crew of cosmetic specialists who know where to find the item (I try to explain in my non-professional way) that my wife wants to try or uses. I always walk out of there with what I need, and rarely things I don't need. Generally a win for Christmas, birthday, Valentine's day or just because gifts for me to bring home.

Very nicely laid out, fairly easy to find what I was looking for, the store was clean. A few items were completely out. The cashiers were in a huddle not interested in helping or cashing out customers. Id be surprised if this store wasnt the 2nd highest shoplifters favorite, behind Walmart of course.

Would not recommend for horrible customer service! I had an hair appointment scheduled 2/19/23 for 12pm. I arrived on time after standing at the salon for 10 mins what appeared to be a manager approached me to only inform me their stylist called off today. No one called me prior to my appointment to reschedule and the only thing the manager offered to do for me is see if woodhaven had availability to see me today. My time is valuable to me just like everyone else’s is to them.

The Ulta store Taylor in Southland Mall has great customers services! Very helpful especially Colette hunt, very friendly and knows her products, also very professional! That is my favorite store! I always find what I need and if not available Colette will offer to order it and have it in few days! Great store!

I recently got my brows done by Madison and I can’t say enough good things. From the second I walked into the store, Madison was so attentive and took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted from shape to shade. She was so nice and friendly and made the experience the best I’ve ever had getting my brows done. They turned out beautifully, better than I imagined. Don’t ever hesitate to get your brows done by her, her expertise is exceptional. Highly recommend.
