This is a great place to get a winter coat! They have a lot of name brand items too! But they are sometimes unorganized. That is why I give them 3 stars. If you don’t mind digging for a deal! This is a great place to go!!

This store use to be full of items now the shelves are empty and the parking lot is scary pot holes big enough to snatch your whole suspension . I was hoping to really find some summer clothes and baby clothes but it had very little.

I went to purchase some tank top under shirts, they had them and I also purchased some boxers. Nice helpful workers but only 3 stars because the store was unorganized.

They have great deals here for stuff between $10-20 and I got shorts for 15 bucks that used to be $80!, I would rate a 5 star review but the links are so long, other than that great place to go shopping

This place hardly has any stores. It used to have a petco and Staples and a movie theatre. But all of that shut down and now it's just a mess. It's only Burlington

A lot of money has been invested in the buildings to update, and finally there are some new tenants leasing space. It is awesome seeing new life coming in to this shopping center.

This place always looks like it's in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, it's messier than Walmart by a lot. It's basically a step down from dumpster diving it's so messy in there. There are so few people working there there's usually a really long and slow line... I walked out AGAIN last time...got what I wanted at Meijer for way too much money. It's pretty depressing.

The store is an absolute disaster. My teenager's bedroom was neater than this store. They are obviously understaffed. The wait time at the checkout is ridiculous. There are often 3 - 4 employees standing behind the registers, but only one is actually checking people out. I have waited 45 minutes to check out at times. It is frustrating when you see register people walk away while there is a crazy long line. Prices are good, if you can find what you are looking for. All this being said, the employees are ALWAYS polite.

Just a no for me. It's nothing to do with employees it's the people. Clothes are all on the ground it's just all trashed out. One this particular day, it took me an hour just to cash out it was insane. I have gone to another location, and they are always busy, but this one on Eureka in Taylor is definitely another level of madness. Their prices are great, they do have a lot of home and decor but maybe hire more people. I don't know, but something has to be done.

My lord the line!! My shopping took five minutes, my wait in line took over 40 minutes. I guess it's common there. So if you're planning on going to Burlington coat factory, make sure to allot several hours.

Not really much to expect organized wise, but the clothing finds were very enjoyable and have a bit of verity, but there were only 2 registers open and a line that reached out, and we waited about half an hour to check out plus the only 50 max things on a check, we only had 4 more thing slept but had to check them out separately

Love this place, great for gift ideas. Low prices something for the while house and everyone in the house...

Came for Perani's. Burlington is decent, but the mall itself is rundown and mostly empty. Parking lot could use some repair.

New Burlington already looks like all the other locations a mess. There isn’t a good selection for any thing. I haven’t found much I wanted to purchase because of the poor selection.

Burlington is not like it used to be. Most of the clothes on the racks look like they've been around for about 5 - 6 or more years. The home department is very disappointing as well.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. 32 people waiting to check out at the ONE register that was OPEN. People be rude as hell up in dat place! Hardly any inventory on the sales floor. Three (3) dudes were being arrested by the Taylor Police for shoplifting clothes, so, at least there was entertainment for ALL of us waiting in line. Mmmm, gotta say it was kinda of a scary experience. Nope. Not going back there. 😳

SVS Vision for eye exam and ordered new glasses. Staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I will get my exams and glasses there from now on. 🤓

I'd say my experience was okay but it seemed like I was shopping at a thrift store more than a mainstream store and I don't recommend you use their public bathroom

This place is a total mess. Staff messed up and didn't ring me up for something (didn't put it in my bag either). I didn't notice until I got home so I had to go back the next day to buy it. The store is just so disorganized and messy. The shoe section was atrocious. I've decided I don't want to go here again despite the bargain deals.

This store was a MESS, it was back to school but when I say it was a mess the store looked like it was going out of business. And there really wasn't a selection, maybe that's due to the back to school shopping

Always enjoyed shopping @Any Burlington, I mean Who doesn't love a great deal? However, In my personal experiences this past sunday makes it the 2nd location i've went to having to wait & wait in an Xtremely Loooong checkout line for a minimum of 45minutes. So i've reminded myself to avoid there on any given sunday & simply hope that maybe a Weekday is a much better idea to shop there!

Never feel safe here, a bit desolate, most stores are closed, parking lot needs paving. I don't go there at night or alone

Just ok. Lines always too long. Prices reasonable but everything is always picked over. Definitely have time to sort through things when you shop here
