    This McDonald’s is so nasty it has rats in the walk In. The owner Kareem is racist and don’t feed his workers. I worked there and never got a break you can’t get a free meal if you eat you get fired. The managers don’t do anything but yell at everybody else to do work. Kareem come in and out and don’t do anything but eat the place is just horrible 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

    So these filthy, dirty and lazy cooks don’t know how to put on a hairnet or a hat while cooking food. 🤢🤮🤮 ITS A STATE LAW. What is your major malfunction? Do you need a special needs class to teach you how to follow food safety laws? People do not want to get food poisoning or hepatitis B because of your disgusting place.

    Drove up to the drive thru, and no one answered, saw 2 cars get their orders taken while we were waiting. I decided to pull away, park, and go inside and order. The kiosk was out of paper, but since I was paying cash, someone came and I paid easily. Very friendly staff, and our food was cooked how we ordered it. I would suggest adding some salt to the fries, as ours didn't have any.

    I think the employees of this restaurant are trying to pocket extra money that they can get away with charging in the drive through. They tried to charge me for a medium cup of water which is free at every other McDonald's location that I go to. Whatever is going on at this location it is absolutely shady.

    Extremely rude drive through staff. If you are working in a service driven industry, you should at least be friendly and not rude and annoyed by your job. Was given an attitude when asked if I could have sweet and sour sauce for my son's happy meal. Do better, or let someone else do your job... I promise it's not hard.

    Wow, talk about two thumbs down! Everything from food, service, management. Not even sure where to begin.....Husband ordered pancakes for our son and he ordered a full breakfast. No plates/dishes. When asked about how to eat it, were told to do so "out of the [tiny] box." Didn't include the syrup or sausages and when complained, no apology. Manager's attitude - pathetic. She couldn't care less of the horrific service. DON'T visit this location in Taylor, Michigan - 23333 Eureka Road!!

    How about if you don't have someone to work the 2nd drive thru line.. you block it off or put a sign up. Anything will do.. to have people pull up and watch every order in the other line get taken.. and have to pull around to switch lines is crazy. The food is usually good though. The a.m. hours are the best.

    NOT 24 HOURS. Every occasion i come here at 3:30 am, they tell me it's closed for breakfast turnover. I never heard of a 24 hour mcdonalds that's not 24 hours. I think they just be in there doing what they want to do with the hours. Don't have the M sign lit, and don't have a big flashing sign saying 24 hours if your closed for changeover. Duh. So now I have to ride to northline where they actually care, BECAUSE IT'S FRUSTRATING WHEN YOUR TRYING TO BUY FOOD AND EAT FROM A 24 HOUR ESTABLISHMENT THAT IS REALLY 23 HOURS. Whoever is tge regional manager needs to know that you need to update Google maps, and have them do something about the 24 hour flashing message while the store is actually closed.

    Always a wait, even before the pandemic, cold food and horrible costumer service. They even came out and out a cone to block off one lines, gave no one the 411 on why after we had been waiting over 20 mins in line… I drive out of my way now to get food when I get off late or just go home hungry because they clearly don’t won’t the money..

    My husband went through the drive through for a cheeseburger, fries and two happy meals. The cheeseburger was cold and hard as well as the fries. One of the happy meal cheeseburgers was made incorrectly and the other was missing the toy. Extremely disappointed about the money I wasted.

    Their cappuccino machine wasn't working and they had super slow service which I don't know why since I was the only customer and the cooks were just on their phones! My burger came out pink and the cashier asked if I want a new one and I'm like duh, of course. I waited 15 minutes and came back to the counter and asked if my burger was almost done and the cashier freaking said she forgot to tell them to make me a new burger! Now I had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes. Seriously I'm not coming back, they were so lazy and none of them looked like they knew what they were doing. ALSO it's a $1.37 for a cup of small water with no refills and $1 for a freaking ice cube!

    Ordered a milkshake. The lady told me to pull over and gave someone else my milkshake on the drive way after I paid for it. I waited for 10mins for just a milk she before going inside to request a refund. Organization totally suck. Train your staff better.

    This McDonald's never gets my husband's order right.Because of this, I won't eat there often. The last time I wS there,I gave them another chance. Double cheesburger,fries and coke. We were asked to pull forward and wait along with 3 cars ahead of us and when the employee brought the food,I asked to be sure the fries were hot? She said,yes,they just came out of the fryer. Cheeseburger was mangled looking and fries were cold. My husband's asked for a simple cheeseburger with extra picked. Nothing but cheese on the burger. No pickles and not even warm. I didn't bother to complain to them. I don't go out for food then have to follow up with aggrevation. The last three times I've ate at McDonald's,(3 different locations) I've left hungry due to their mistakes and cold food. To me,McDonald's fries are not good cold. They're tough and chewy. I will complain by not spending a dime at the 3 McDonald's I've been so dissatisfied with

    This store is terrible on everything in it. Hard Biscuits for Breakfast, overdone hash browns, go though drive thru all for Diet Coke get regular, Customer Service is terrible, very very rude employee's. If you go inside they keep you waiting. Prices of drinks are way too much. Took my last trip here the other day. No stars for this place. Needs to be shutdown.

    found a long piece of rubber in our hot fudge sunday messed up two of our mccchickens and there was no ice in our sweet tea. had to redo our order again at the window after repeating ourselves over and over again at the drive through

    Yall lost my order, then while you were looking for it someone threw change at my car. Then when you found it you didn't feel like making it cause you were closing at 3 even though online says 3:45 so you said you're going to refund me. Which hasnt happened yet. So im pretty mad with everything that happened.

    The lady at the register told me my order I explained she had the wrong one. She proceeded to say okay after I told her my order and when I get to get my food they still had the wrong order. So I let them know and they refused to fix it and told me I had to go back around the drive thru to reorder. The manager JESSICA is absolutely horrible and very unprofessional.

    Granted the place was great. However, the Kid Place was great until these adult Kids ( between the ages of 16-18) old enough to be Highschool students came in and terrorize my Sisters. When my youngest sister (she has Autism and we have enough trouble with her and her not being able to talk and she will throw tantrums) the kids started to video my mom yelling because she was quite stressed with the adult Kids being loud and being obnoxious and we trying to get out and the kids obviously in the way we had to take the high road. When we got to the car the kid pointed at his camera on his phone making it obvious he was taking a video. I told mom. Mom went in and told the manager. Luckily they got kicked out. But we will never go this this McDonald's again.

    First off some days it’s like a day care for the workers with their kids hanging out in the dining room watching annoying videos on their phone with employees randomly checking on them. I’ve seen an employee cleaning the bathroom and then take out trash and not change his gloves while going back to the kitchen. Also employees drinking in the kitchen while making food. I don’t want someone drinking out of a cup then make my food. It’s just unsanitary. I’ve gave this place a few chances, each time very disappointed with either the employees disgusting habits, like smoking and returning to prepare food without washing their hands. Even 1 employee going to the rest room when I was in there and not washing their hands when they were done.

    Will never go back to this location, the past 3 times in a row they messed up my order an really bad service all within the past month or 2. The 1st time I ordered 3 sandwichs/cheeseburgers, they didn't even put my cheeseburger in the bag after I ordered an paid for it. 2nd time I ordered a few cheeseburgers they absolutely got lazy an didn't put Nothing on my hamburgers except Bun an meat. Which it was suppose to come with pickles an mustard, ketchup an etc. 3rd time which was just tonight, ordered 3 mchickens an they threw them in the bag not even wrapped!!! And they forgot my drink! Then had to ask for it after I done paid! Unbelievable service. I had been through the drive through an my husband can verify all this cuz they done it to him as well at this specific location. My husband will work all day and this happened at night. When he would pick up dinner for us. Something needs to be done! Especially with whoever is working the drive through because let me tell u it was every single time! So must not be a accidental mistake. Cuz it's every single time. There has to be more customers that had this experience as well. Especially the one time they didn't even put the food in the bag! Once it was paid for. I would honestly love to speak to the manager! An it isn't like either of us had ordered a big menu to where it's possible something could have been forgotten.

    Been going to this McDonald's since I was a kid. I won't be back. Last 3 times order was wrong. Tonight, I specifically asked if my order was made as requested. Was told yes. The sandwich had the special grill slip on the box; but was still wrong. Fries were cold. Was in drive thru line for 31 minutes and only 3 cars ahead of me. Won't be back anytime soon.

    I'm not big on fast food, but sometimes there is just no easier option. The reason I love this place, is because I've never gotten one of those breakfast sandwiches that have been sitting on the heat rack for 3 hours, and has the texture of a cinderblock from them. It seems like their breakfast sandwiches are somehow always fresh. Idk if anyone remembers what's that like, given the typical fast food experience, but it makes you realize it's actually pretty good.

    I went in to use the kiosk but couldn’t change my drink size. So i decided I’ll do drive thru instead. Got the same meals except bigger drinks. Notice that at the kiosk I was charged $1.78 for 2 apple pies but the employee charged me $2.38. I asked and she told me because they are privately owned he can charge whatever he wants. On top of that I had less than 20 mins to even eat the apple pies.

    Okay I've been going to this place for years sometimes they orders are on point sometimes they give you food that is fresh and hot sometimes they don't you have to make sure you double check your order when you place your order with them then when you get to the window to pay for it, make sure when you pay you double check your order to make sure your order is right and then when you get to the window to pick up your food double check your food there to make sure it's right if they don't get your order right you have to drive back around and go through the drive-thru unless you go inside the building

    Went thur the drive thur, it took forever for someone to take our order and went we got up to pay the cashiers were on their phones. When I get to pick up my food all you hear is the staff saying f this and that and eatting at the window and they never get the orders right. If you go in to eat this place is never clean and the staff never comes to the counter to see if you need help or not. The people who's this location also owns the other one down eureka and inkster, this location is just as bad or worse.

    Everytime I go here the fries are cold and my food I order never comes to me the way I ordered. But if your looking for a quick meal and don't mind reheated at home feel free to hit up McDonald's in Taylor.

    They over charged us. Also Had extra items we didn't order. We asked for the manager for our charge to be taken off all she did was thow 2 xtra hasbrows in the bag and tell us that she wouldn't and to leave!Plus the wrong sandwiches that we didn't realize til I was home and dropped off it turned out to be Completely wrong and couldn't get back to exchange it. I tried eating the sandwich but it was disgusting!! 🤬

    I went in here for breakfast the other morning I ordered my food and as I waited the manager was expediting I asked her how she was doing she said fine she says how are you I said man I'm stressed she said don't be stressed she came up from behind the counter approach me with her arms out and gave me a heartfelt hug long enough for me to fill my lungs completely and exhale a big portion of stress that was so awesome you don't find that out there anymore this manager made my day so much better and I have told many of this encounter I don't know her name she knows who she is thanks again

    really horrible customer service , crew member upset because i asked for apple pies , said they would have to drop them , told them that was fine, 25 minutes later the apple pies were done. If i didn't have a child in the play area playing , i wouldnt have waited , when the pies were finally ready , they were too hot to eat, so i put them in the bag to bring home to eat. While we were there , I watched numerous customers leave because they couldnt get waited on , they were having problems with the kiosks not working right, employees didnt want to be bothered with the customers. when i got home from our nightmare visit there, i discovered what they actually ment when they said they had to drop the pies, you guessed it, they actually dropped them , pies were not edible . FOLKS , DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION , THE ONLY ONE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED WORSE THAN THIS ONE WAS IN HIGHLAND PARK , IT HAS SINCE BEEN CLOSED DUE TO SANITARY PROBLEMS. Once again, DO NOT GO HERE.

    I went to get food after work which was at 4am. All the lights where on, breakfast menu was up. Well to my disappointment they said they were closed while they set up breakfast and that they wouldn’t be open until 4:30am. Once I got home about 4:15am I looked on here (google) and it says it’s open 24 hours! So I called and they said they was open. I believe they just take orders when they feel like it.

    Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's in 50+ years. Poor leadership & poor service. After being asked to pull up and over tinwait for meal (nothing special ordered), i waited 20 minutes before going inside to be forced to ask where my meal was and why it was taking so long. Took them another 5 minutes to get me combo meal and then it was just thrown on the counter. WOW!!! I won't be visiting that specific establishment again. Eureka just east of Inkster Rd.

    About 2 weeks ago this McDonald's did not get my order correct. I called and was told that my name would be in the book and just ask for my fries next time I came in. I asked for my fries today (for which I paid around $3) and was told they have no record of the shortage and they would not give me the fries. This used to be the nicest most courteous McDonald's in the area but today I was treated very rudely and I was cheated. I will be finding a different McDonald's to patronize.

    ZERO STARS! Do not eat here. The wait, LONG. My food, RAW?!? And can’t fill an order correctly at ALL. Got the wrong sauce, cold fries, A RAW BURGER, and the wrong drinks. Disgusting establishment and horrible staff. Whoever runs this place, maybe check out your store?? Who’s the owner??? Are you happy with all these 1 star reviews??? Serving raw food gets places shut down, yanno. Maybe reevaluate.

    The manger there named Jessica is the worst manger I have ever come across! We frequently go this location and they messed up our order several times and we are very understanding and rarely complain. Today after ordering, they left the hash brown off our order. I informed them at the window they didn’t add it to our bill which I had no problem paying for. The lady wouldn’t add it on and said I’d have to go back through the drive Thur. Thinking this was ridiculous I asked to speak to the manager which was Jessica. She would not help by letting me pay for it or apologizing and just giving us a hash brown. She said we have to go wait in the drive through once again and reorder. She had an attitude and was very unhelpful! Strongly recommended going to a different location! The hot chocolate we ordered tasted like water! This was one of many disappointing visits to this location! Jessica said she’s the most senior manager there… looks like they need better management because they are losing customers because of her poor customer service!

    my order wasn’t big at all four drinks and two burgers, three of which were shakes when i ordered the three shakes the dude asked if i meant four and i corrected him and moved on up i didn’t look at the receipt because i didn’t think i would need to so when i pulled up to get my order two of the three shakes were left out they didn’t even put the right order on the receipt. this white girl im guessing is the manager immediately came off with an attitude saying how we would need to pay for the two drinks i was completely okay with then i was told i needed to go all the way back to the line then got the window shut in my face. that’s how they treat people who show respect to them? just terrible. this isn’t the first time this has happened either.

    absolutely terrible. the manager has a serious attitude problem think her name is Jessica? Its setting a really bad example for the other workers. asked a question about our order because they got it wrong and i was told in a snarky way that i would need go to the back of the line a reorder by the manager. this place is always getting my orders wrong and giving stale food. i can tell when my fries have been sitting out for hours and when my drinks aren’t fresh. make sure to always check the recipe before you pull from paying because they will put the wrong order on it.
