It’s my first time coming to the Taylor office and think it would be my last. Only good thing about this location it’s across the street from The Ponds(where I’m trying to move to) the only reason was to see the Dentist because I couldn’t get a appointment at the Inkster location. The Dental suite is small yeah I don’t like that its like a fishbowl sitting looking at everybody looking at you. The Inkster location is more spacious by the way. Kinda waited a long time even though nobody was there. Anyways I’m used to going to see Dr. Maya at the Inkster Clinic where I’d rather go. I don’t know who this male Dentist name is but he’s kinda young, didn’t come out the door and called my name kinda low, luckily I heard him. I came here for a cleaning but the way he did it was kinda harsh. It kinda hurt when he was cleaning them and everytime he went to rinse my my mouth I saw blood, never saw this when seeing my regular dentist. I hope he does not treat children because he is rough around the edges. I don’t know how experienced this guy is….and I couldn’t wait til he was finished. Not a good experience! Now my mouth is sore! Is that supposed to happen when just getting teeth cleaned? For all the surveys I be filling out everytime I go I wish I could survey this dude. Lastly when it was time to leave he didn’t even walk me back out to the exit, I had to ask him which way to go, (not cool)that coulda been helpful since I never been there before, just a very long hallway and a couple of corners. I pass on this place I would rather wait 6 months to see my Dentist before coming here again.

Please DO NOT go to this dental office, I had the worst most traumatizing experience. I could not go on without writing a review to let others know. If I could leave zero stars I would as well. Sabri, Akash, DDS is the rudest most unprofessional dentist I have ever seen. During my tooth extraction I was screaming in pain and crying to the point that an assistant had to come stop him for more numbing solution in which he proceeded to jam a 5 inch needle into my jaw. After 40 min of full strength pulling and drilling on my teeth I had multiple stitches needed and a swollen face. He then blamed me for letting my teeth get this bad and said that I'm sure it is painful but that I need to let him do his job. Very insensitive and unbelievable really. DO NOT go if you care about your mouth. Thanks for nothing Western PAIN.

The clinic is clean and organized. The staff is friendly. I have been coming here for several years. Danielle NP is excellent and listens to you concerns. Danielle wants the best for her patients. She follows up with her patients to make sure they are doing well. I am happy going here. If your looking for a place to get your health together this is the place for you. If you don’t have insurance you can speak to them about being seen without insurance. They have a program for you.

I came on here praying and hoping that after 4 years of my last visit that the reviews would be better, meaning that possibly the people and services have gotten better. But sad very sad to see that these people are still the same and their services are still poor. The mean non compassionate spirits that are operating in this facility has to be removed so that people can get the proper service and care they need with kindness. I pray the Lord either cause it to shut down or remove those who have corrupted this place and put others in their positions that really have a passion for helping those who need their help.

I had to go get a physical done and wanted to talk about a few medical concerns that I had, my usual doctor is Danille Gertz(which she is WONDERFUL) but she was not treating the day I scheduled so they gave me an appointment with another doctor, let me tell you PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE if Marcella Clark is treating. Not only she was extremely rude, she did not let me express any of my concerns and kept cutting me off. She has no people skills, I do not understand how she is treating patients, she lacks empathy and listening skills!

I continued to go to WW even after moving out of the area because I wanted a black doctor. However, I just tried to call to schedule a physical and was told (after being on hold for over 15 minutes) that I can only be scheduled before 2PM. As She only does physicals before 2. But if I’m coming in for any other reason she will see me in the evening..... This makes absolutely no sense and I have decided to receive my medical care elsewhere from now on.

Called to make an appointment for a vaccination for my daughter. I was told that this office can not look up my daughter's vaccination records and she would need a full physical. If they can't look up a vaccination record, how is doing a physical going to let them know what vaccinations she needs, when they said they can't get her MCIR vaccination records. I was also told that I had to pay 2 copays, 1 for the physical and 1 for the appointment, even though my insurance does not charge a copay for physicals or preventive care visits.

Rip-off rip-off rip-off!!!!!! I called and made a appointment with Dr Dana at the Taylor office to get a tooth pulled. They charged me $70 for a x-ray, just to tell me that I was right and my tooth had to be removed. But they could not do it because they did not have the time even though that was the whole point I was their!!!! I was then told, I had to make a appointment that could be 2 months out. So they charged me $70 just to tell me I was right and i had to make a another appointment and pay more $$$$ just so the doctor can fatten their wallets. This place is a rip-off and they make needless appointments just to charge people for office visits and x-rays, just to tell them they have to come back 2 to 3 months later for the same thing all over again!!!!!

I have been seeing this medical group for a year and a half since the summer of the Covid lockdowns… I have consistently had to fight to have my medication refilled, I have left messages for doctors and the nurses… I have not gotten callbacks on prescriptions that I were told were necessary for my health and well-being… The amount of fighting you have to do to get care here is disproportionate. They are understaffed, and overworked. The people in charge of the money, make sure that there’s no time to actually care for real people. The patients are just $ supplemented by the government for community care. You would be better off and more served at any other clinic in metro Detroit. Unless you are willing to fight for your healthcare, don’t come here.

Do not go here ever!. Stay away from Dr. Marcella Clark. I went here to get relief from my coughing and chest pain and she just ignored my symptoms I had. She shouldn't be practicing medicine.

DON’T GO HERE. As someone who visited health care facilities for a living, I can confidently tell you this is by far the worst office I have ever dealt with. Not only due to their conduct but also fraud. They fraudulently billed me for services that they did not perform. I have contacted my insurance company and the department of health and human services - they are currently under investigation for fraud. Stay far away from this office. I don’t know why I came here to begin with.

If i could give this 0 stars i would. The Dental office cancelled my appointment twice rescheduling months away. I won't be returning here. This is sad and pathetic the way they treat their clients.

The mental health department is awesome the staff are great and very helpful if it was not for this place I probably wouldn't be here because of them my life is great they even helped me to quit smoking cigarettes so yea there five stars in my book.

Everytime I deal with Dr Clark she is rude , has zero people skills and never is helpful for anything she needs to retire

Dr Dana is amazing, if you have any fear of a dentist, she is the one to go to! Also her assistant is just as amazing!

This place is very unprofessional especially Dr. Malcolm she does not remember her patients. She talks about patients to other Doctors. She had a patient that needed some beta blockers. She almost cause the patient to have a heart attack. She said she do not feel comfortable giving a patient a medication they been on for four years. Hell they didn't ask for narcotics. She cared less if the patient had a heart attack. That's not good. She cares more about not caring than anybody we ever seen..Shameful!!! You ought to quit before you kill someone.

I have been receiving care from this facility for three years now. I always feel like my concerns are heard and addressed. I never feel rushed. Everyone is always friendly and compassionate.

This place is the worst!!!!! High Turn overrate turn overrate so you never see the same doctor. I have been calling for a week trying to speak with the supervisor no one has called me back and when I call they always put me on hold. I'm currently on hold for 30 minutes at the moment now. Waiting for a supervisor. This place should only be open and allow for people who don't care about their time and don't care about their lives. It seems like they should only service People who don't care about the level of service that they get. I had an appointment at the Taylor location for 8 o'clock. 15 minutes later, there was still no doctors there. They had not even opened the door. If i'm making an appointment and i'm ten minutes late they will cancel y appointment. This place is for low life. Do not go and waste your time.

I've been going to the dentist for years. They've always been friendly and caring staff.

I have literally called 20 times in the last two days and every. Single. Time. It hangs up on me, and I know it’s not my phone because I can make and receive phone calls to literally everybody else.

I never in my 20+ years of life had such unprofessional doctors in my life . I had in appointment that they gave me got there 5mins before my appointment just to wait 30 mins and get told I have to wait 20 more minutes because the doctor is on lunch break? Like why would y’all give someone a time spot when you know for a fact they go on lunch break at that time ?? I wasted my time in gas . They don’t care I wouldn’t take my dying dog there . They will waste your time have you waiting over 40 mins without even telling you . They need to do better they ignored me when I asked why make appointments around that time ? My time is valuable as well trash place

DONT RECOMMEND. Wife called to ask pediatrician a simple question was told to send the question through the patient portal. She had called them and sent the question through the portal as soon as they opened. Never heard anything back. Called back later on that day, they said they would mark the message as urgent. We are trying to find something out about our newborn child and not getting any sort of help from them! The person at the desk was no help at all with easing our minds or even being remotely helpful. The pediatricians seems to just not care. Highly disappointed with this place.
