The Enchanted Studios is a wonderful venue to have a birthday party. We had the Harry Potter wizard themed party for my daughter’s 8th birthday today, and it was a party to remember. All the parents marvelled at the fantastically decorated room, and the wizard hosts were marvellous with the kids. There was a talking sorting hat and the kids had plenty of food and participated in the potion making class and the slime making. The party bags were terrific and Harry Potter themed, and there was a lovely parents waiting area too with a TV playing Harry Potter movies, and table and chairs where the adults enjoyed refreshments. The venue was very clean and the administration staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I have posted a photo, but you really need to go and visit The Enchanted Studios to appreciate the quality of the party rooms. The party was well worth the money, so I suggest try to book your party well in advance to get your preferred party date. You won’t be disappointed.

Had my daughters 5th birthday disco party there this weekend and I can’t speak highly enough of the management, staff and venue! From the moment I made the booking to me leaving after the function Catherine was beyond helpful and amazing to deal with. The venue is gorgeous and clean and the attention to detail is second to none. Kids absolutely loved it and I would highly recommend to anyone as you can sit back and let the professionals do it all and you can just enjoy the party with your child!

I attended a birthday party at this venue and must say it was one of most beautifully organized party. Absolutely amazing, polite and helpful staff. They cater a wide range of unique party themes, suitable for both boys and girls of all ages. The kids had an absolute blast. I have already booked my daughter’s birthday party there. Would highly recommend the place.

My daughter picked the Winter Wonderland Frozen theme to celebrate her milestone 5th birthday on Sunday and she absolutely loved every second in the theme room and craft station. She couldn't believe her eyes when Elsa came and played games with them all. Thank you so much to The Enchanted Studios team for making it happen and super special for my Princess

Great venue for small gatherings. Staff is very helpful and flexible. Had a great experience on my daughter’s 8th glitz and glam bday. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Each one of the guests absolutely loved it and the food was awesome too. Great team of people and very well organised. I had 4 people looking after the kids and guests. Would just like to give a small feedback regarding communication as it’s sometimes hard to get through to anyone but otherwise I had no issues. My daughter had the best bday party ever and was absolutely wonderful experience. Hats off to everyone in the team.

My son had his 4th birthday party here for a superhero theme. He thoroughly enjoyed himself, particularly with the presence of the Spider-Man, who spoilt him to bits. He could not stop talking about his party! We also received many good reviews from parents of his friends. Thank you enchanted studios for making it so special for my little man! Highly recommended!

We had the most magical fairy party for my daughter at the Enchanted Studios. The staff were amazing and the set up took my breath away. Thank you for taking all the hard work off my hands, it's the first of my children's birthday parties that I've truely been able to enjoy. We will definitely be back in future.

My daughter and her friends had a great time being superheroes on her 5th birthday at the enchanted studios. The team made sure that everybody had a great time. Lots of activities so that the kids doesn't get bored and a private place for the parents to hang around and have some coffee. Great concept and execution! Will be looking forward to spending more birthdays with the enchanted studios.

The venue was clean looking there wasn't play equipment no playground structures like a play centre would have . The staff were friendly and kind .

Absolutely Enchanting! If you want to go in and out with you hands crossed and everything to be taken care of Aman is the person for that, she’s magician in the field of event planing and entertainment, the venue is open for every idea that can come to you mind. Everyone attending our daughter’s birthday was amazed and the kids had experience that will be on the top for a long time. Thank you for taking care of everything and everyone who question them self is it worth it is worth more than everything and everywhere you’ve been!!!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday over the weekend. She loved every bit of it. All the girls had a fantastic time. We chose the Glitz and Glam theme. Staff was amazing and super friendly. We had couple of last minute requests which the staff happily accommodated with. Thank you for making my daughters birthday so special.

This was a great place for a kids party .Staff were great ,very clean and tidy .All the kids looked like they had a ball , highly recomend this place , do yourself a favor .

Fantastic venue for kid’s Birthday. Best is West. They also have a separate area for parents where they can sip a coffee while kids have their party. Fantastic entertainment activities for kids. All the kids had an absolute blast. Thanks Aman

Very nice party room and setup, Although the adults coffee space had no teaspoons and the milk smelt off on the cappuccino machine.. I couldn’t find the staff member to help me as she was busy preparing kids meals and things for the party.

Had Mia's 5 years birthday party there today. She and her 6 friends had wonderful time with the beautiful fairy there. Mia is still too excited to sleep now. It's well organised with all fun games for kids, beautiful decorations, great food, very friendly services. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Had tentative booking here, not informed at time of hold that this would expire in 48 hours. Did not hear from the place in weeks thus assumed hold still remained as was never informed of any duration of expiry nor contacted to say it was expired / someone else interested in the date Eventually they contacted me a few days ago whilst I was in hospital with my daughter saying they wanted to check if we still wanted the date, I informed them yes and just had to decide on duration required and would call early this week (today) and inform of my decision and pay deposit. Today I was called before I had the chance to call to confirm my booking and she informed me that another person was interested in my date and I needed to lock it in today or they would need to give it to the other person, after I informed them that I only wanted the 5 hour package instead of full day, called back and said actually since there was a 48 hour hold we have to give it to the other person. When I highlighted that I wasn't told of the hold, and that the terms and conditions didn't include this information either, she was very rude and continued to insist that it was too bad and that was their policy and had the nerve to suggest that she had done me a courtesy by calling today, even though she hadn't given me first preference after all. She tried to blame the lack of communication about the 48 hour hold on her staff, even though it was her that originally took my tentative hold when she showed me around. She showed no remorse and offered no alternative solution. VERY VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very good place for birthday and small party celebrations food is tasty and all arrangements they do are really good.
