This place is horrible. The ownership is horrible to the elderly renters. A lot of us have been calling HUD because of 8n the crease of rent this year. They (HUD) has never heard of a increase the owners are placing on the elderly renters. Possibly a lawsuit coming down the line. The owners need to be held accountable for their lack of understanding and support towards the elderly. Do NOT BELIEVE everything you read in the opening statement on Bristol Village website page. It's all lies. Once your in here it's a Natzi camp.

My husband and I were living in California and decided it was time to move back to Utah since all my family is here. I was recommended Bristol Village by my sister, who has resided since 2014. She has been very pleased with living here. Since moving in 2016, I have really enjoyed living here. For the most part, the residents here are very friendly. When you live in a community with a large population, you will always find unhappy people. That seems very limited here. I have been here through two management teams. I must say that both management teams have been amazing. Alison, Kira and Jack are always ready to help if you have a problem. They are very professional and a fun team to be around. Thank you all for making my living experience such a joy.

My Husband and I have lived here over four years. Rent has increased once a year, unless you are on STATE HOUSING, than the state rises the rent ,NOT the management. This Place is a great place to live. Dillon is Manager and is a great guy handles thing very professionally. Jack is our on site maintenance man.He goes above and beyond to help any one who needs help.He has 144 unit to take care of and could use some help but he does a great job. We are a 62 years+ apartment complex everyone We know, enjoys living here .

My grandparents has been living at Bristol Village Apartments for the past year, and it's been a great experience for them. My grandmother says the manager, Dillon, has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always taking the time to answer their questions and make sure they feel at home. She also likes that the grounds are always kept nice, and the maintenance guy, Jack, is quick to handle anything they have problems with. All in all they seem to really love the place, would recommend.

My name is Becky Woodbury and I've lived at Bristol Village for 5 years. I love the place I live in and the neighbors in both buildings. We are helpful to each other. The manager and maintenance are very kind and caring and listen to us and help us with our problems if we have any. They are also very informative. It means a lot to me living in a place like this.

Jack, the maintenance worker, is very personable and pleasant. He is extremely busy and tries his best to get to everyone as soon as he can. He's a blessing because he lives here and makes us feel safer. He is a very hard worker from early morning until late at night.

Bristol Village is a wonderful place to live. My grandma has been here for over a year and has had no issues what so ever. This is a kind, quiet, clean place. The property and units are well kept. The maintenance man is constantly working, doing odd jobs, big jobs, snow removal, and always with a smile on his face. The manager, Allison, and gal in the office are sweet and loving. I have personally seen them go above and beyond their job description to help take care of residents. I feel like they would do much more if the law allowed them to but they are simply not social workers, but they do their ABSOLUTE BEST. I would recommend this place to anyone. Please call and come see for yourself! You wont regret it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
