Came
here
because
the
one
we
usually
go
to
had
an
80min
wait
time.
We
walked
in
and
my
15yr
old
son
with
long
full
hair
that
he
was
very
particular
about,
was
taken
back
and
started
right
away.
A
few
minutes
later
the
manager
makes
a
phone
call
and
starts
talking
to
a
customer
that
had
left
a
review
complaining
about
their
experience.
I
can
hear
the
entire
conversation.
The
manager
apologizing
for
their
experience
and
claims
they
were
in
the
process
of
moving
on
from
this
stylist
and
offered
to
give
the
customer
a
refund
and
comp
a
future
haircut
if
they'd
return.
Worried
about
the
conversation
I
look
at
Google
reviews
and
notice
two
bad
reviews
that
were
left
within
just
a
few
hours
prior
to
our
visit.
Neither
review
said
who
the
stylist
was.
Worried
I
get
up
and
see
my
son
has
had
his
hair
butchered.
He's
in
the
chair
almost
in
tears.
The
stylist
cutting
his
hair
had
cut
off
wayyy
more
than
asked
and
started
giving
a
kid
with
long
hair
a
short
fade
hair
style.
I
started
freaking
out
claiming
it
was
just
supposed
to
be
a
trim.
The
stylist
starts
to
walk
off.
The
manager
keeps
saying
we'll
comp
his
haircut.
I
asked
if
this
was
the
stylist
that
she
was
on
the
phone
with
trying
to
resolve
the
complaint.
The
manager
said
yes
she
was...
Thanks
for
allowing
this
stylist
to
continue
cutting
hair
when
you
knew
there
was
a
problem
and
not
only
butchered
my
son's
hair
and
confidence
just
before
school
starts,
but
also
the
other
customers
that
also
left
similar
complaints.
Well
done

We'll
never
return.
