I took my homeless nephew who has some mental illnesses and he looked horrible. Jennifer C was so kind to him and treated him like a human and didn't shy away from what he looked like. She is a very sweet person and you can tell she truly cares!! I definitely recommend her!!

I usually go to Sports clips on Union Park Ave in Midvale but I was running errands in Taylorsville so I booked my two kids appts online . My 14 yr old son she cut his hair wY too short i told her a 2 on the sides and she fid a 1. And my 10 yr old little girl she got her hair trimmed and wanted some bangs and instead of asking me she asked my 10 yr old after she cut her bangs if she wanted them shorter. She cut them way too short my daughter was bawling her eyes out. Thank goodness hair grows.. I'm giving it 3 stars because the kids did say the scalp massage and hot towel was awesome ! Or I would gave given it 1 star. I am sticking to Sports clips in Midvale

I think the manager her name is Nicole is an alcoholic, because I smelled alcohol on her breath when I had to talk to her for a minute she is very unprofessional and was very rude. I turn around just left this place sucks never returning again

Came here because the one we usually go to had an 80min wait time. We walked in and my 15yr old son with long full hair that he was very particular about, was taken back and started right away. A few minutes later the manager makes a phone call and starts talking to a customer that had left a review complaining about their experience. I can hear the entire conversation. The manager apologizing for their experience and claims they were in the process of moving on from this stylist and offered to give the customer a refund and comp a future haircut if they'd return. Worried about the conversation I look at Google reviews and notice two bad reviews that were left within just a few hours prior to our visit. Neither review said who the stylist was. Worried I get up and see my son has had his hair butchered. He's in the chair almost in tears. The stylist cutting his hair had cut off wayyy more than asked and started giving a kid with long hair a short fade hair style. I started freaking out claiming it was just supposed to be a trim. The stylist starts to walk off. The manager keeps saying we'll comp his haircut. I asked if this was the stylist that she was on the phone with trying to resolve the complaint. The manager said yes she was... Thanks for allowing this stylist to continue cutting hair when you knew there was a problem and not only butchered my son's hair and confidence just before school starts, but also the other customers that also left similar complaints. Well done Sportclips. We'll never return.

Not a bad spot to get a quick and easy haircut. It’s about half the price of the place I normally go downtown, but they do a good job for the price you pay. I love the sports vibe and the MVP haircut is what I get here.
