It's Friday at 5:50 I gotta go to work they're open but they wont serve us or take our order I pulled up and the lady looked at us and rolled her eyes and carried on like they couldn't even open the window and let us know they aren't serving and they gave attitude for what? Four cars ended up pulling from behind us it's Been 20 minutes now I gotta go to work hungry

Good food. Quick service but they almost always get my orders wrong. The inside needs to be cleaned and kept up almost every time I visit.

Its a beautiful newly remodeled location. The team members were super friendly. Our meal was hot and fresh but the shake machine broke after we had already ordered and paid. Those machines are incredibly frustrating for customers. I can only imagine how the poor team members feel delivering bad news about shakes all the time.

Don't go here unless you plan on sitting for 30 minutes. Lived in Taylorsville for many years and it's always been that way. I don't know if it's because the lack of management or the high school kids they hire with no work ethic, but it's truly awful. Went last night and there were 8 cars in line and it took 36 minutes. They also say the restaurant closes at 11 but it really closes whenever the night shift feels like going home

I didn't like having to use the machine to order. There were 3 of us and they ordered theirs after me. I checked on my order of a sausage McGriddle and Coke. They had lost it and I would have been waiting longer.

Extremely rude teenage workers & a really rude manager as well. You can expect them to be fatphobic & slam the windows in your face. You can expect them to have poor attitudes nearly all the time and expect food to be missing from your order all the time. Also, you can expect your food to be put together poorly and it'll probably be cold when you get it to. Good luck.

Definitely not worth the 15 bucks you'll pay to eat there. Employees are rude and the food is pretty much thrown in a bag and handed to you.

In most cases i wouldn't have an issue but todays experience has seriously just been... ugh. So i just want to know, is it in the rules that if someone says NO mustard or any conidment that the employees are supposed to put 4x the amount of other conidments on a burger. Husband asked for NO MUSTARD and when he opened his burger it was so saturated with ketchup that one bit would have had no burger taste at ALL. Its ridiculous! I get the employees are teenager, hell i was one once, but when did teenagers or people get to where they just SERIOUSLY dont listen or even think. If someone wants extra ketchup, im sure they would say EXTRA ketchup. Then to try and call the place to talk to a manager and for 3 hours all i get is a busy tone saying this line is busy. Okay so what everyone calling at the same time or you guys just leave it off the hook. Im perma done with mcdonalds. I personally wont buy any food there again. Husband can go get happy mealsmfor the kiddo still but me.. naw i dont want to give my $ to a comapny who cant even get their employees to listen properly. And to think, they want $15/hr. HA! Prove that y'all deserve the $15/HR then maybe... but as of right now... HELLLLL NO (pics are of 1 of 2 burgers my h7sband bought)

Very awful place to eat. The employees are not Knowledgeable about the company also they will not try to help you or go out the way. Extremely disappointed. They barely gave me enough gravy for my 2 biscuits and gravy meal.

Lady that was working the drive thru window was very nasty and rude. Definitely needs to work on her Customer Service Mannerisms.

Went to get a shamrock shake for the umpteenth time and as usual the machine is broken. This happens every year at this store. How about getting some new equipment? The last day to get the shakes and SORRY not today either. What a joke.

Love visiting when in the area. Food is always fresh and customer service is always nice and helpful. Service is fast and the restaurant is always clean. I once was sitting with family eating lunch when a bad storm came in. Wind over 50 miles an hour. An employee walks to the door with bag in hand and I say no way your going out there. She said yes got a curbside order and customer is waiting. She then walked out the door into the storm and took the food to customer. That is amazing customer service. If your in The area and want good mcd stop here

I use the app to order so there is no misunderstanding what I order and it still comes out incorrect. Sunday we ordered a quarter pounder with no onions and it had onions, an unsweet tea that was sweet, and of course the fries were cold. We asked for fresh fries and they had us pull around and when no fries were forthcoming I went in to get them. The restaurant looked unkept and unclean. There must be a shortage of napkins because neither Sunday or today were any provided. Today I ordered large fries and there were maybe enough for a small order.

Amber was my waitress she was awesome got my order correct just exactly the way I want it and even offered me one of those Oreo pies she upsold because I ended up getting three

I love coming here Robin who works drive through has always went above and beyond its so nice to have a wonderful person as she is working in our community, it all started with a hello and her calling my coffee Jon Wayne coffee (iced black coffe) I appreciate all staff that work hard here they are all wonderful people Donna keeps things going smooth she's amazing ❤️ and Kaitlin and Many of you thank you!! I love my local McDonald's! Yall like family now. Blessed to live in spencer county.

I went thru the drive thru everything was good, order was correct I was happy 😊. Parking lot was dirty but was a good experience

I had given McDonalds up years ago , it seems no matter which one I’d visit the fries were cold , and more often than not you wait through a long line only to receive a wrong order. The Mickey D’s here in Taylorsville was right on the mark. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I assumed they are steadily frying the fries should be hot ( WRONG) cold fries and my order was handed to me with the wrong food in the bag. 🤷‍♀️. I’m not wasting my time again.

They were all very nice and friendly. Food was good and got waited on quickly 😄

IF THEY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT, they're great. Usually though, that's not the case. CHECK YOR BAG to make sure you've got all of the items you ordered, and that they're made correctly.

They were very busy and I think they (employees) kept a good flow going my order was great! Thank you McD's!

I drive my family here every week over 30mins away to eat the always fresh McDonald's in Taylorsville!! This place is the best an only McDonald's we eat at!!! Worth every trip we make food is hot an never sloppy an employees are super nice!!!

Service was good, food and drink selection are an issue, been there like 5-6 times in the past 7-8 days and they have no sweet tea. They say it's an equipment problem.

I understand having to have special hours due to the Covid crisis, but when you post temporary hours the end at 9 PM you should be open until 9 PM not close at 8:45 when you have 12 cars in the pot in the drive-through waiting to make their order, that’s just bad business and terrible common sense.

This is one of the nicest McDonald's around. What sets it apart is the people who staff it. They are always friendly and courteous and the service is usually very quick. Easy access to the parking lot and the drive thru lane.

This McDonalds is one of the best, only once did they forget a drink, but that was an exception because of outside factors. Everything I order here comes out right, and hot.

Just left there and they was busy we ordered 4 cheeseburgers fries and drinks , got going down the road eating fries then got to cheeseburgers and all we had was buns cheese pickle and mustard on meat we was already to far to turn around , might ck your food before you leave there

Big Mac's sauce was on one side of burgers. We requested they be cut 1/2 and they were cut @ 1/3 and not all the way thru. Fries were not hot or even warm.
