    Most the $42 order was good. Ordered a dbl whopper by itself n the entire sandwich, especially the bun was burnt, inedible. I live on 40th west but I'm determined. Arrived back, it was closed except for the drive thru line wrapping around the building. Managed to get back in and it was hard to get my sandwich replaced! Wouldn't even sell me a coke much less give me one for the irritation!

    Went here today, ordered a LARGE number 7. Of course I didn't grab my receipt cause I was like, how could they possibly mess this up as it was accurate on the screen? Pulled up to the second window. Lady gave me a medium drink instead of a large... somehow- I paid for a LARGE meal, didn't even want the fries (not gonna eat them because they are soaked in dirty grease and cold) and she refused to correct my tea, saying I only paid for a medium. Um no lady, a large meal comes with large drink and fries. Ugh, get better workers please.. I just wanted my large sweet tea 😭

    The line was massive today but it moved quickly. The order taker did not give the usual greeting of welcome to McDonald’s can I take your order. He just said order. The food came quick. The lady handing out the food did me a solid and cut the straw for my son’s chocolate milk in the size I requested. I did have things missing on my order. I had to go back and have them fix my order which they did quickly.

    The night crew at this McDonald's is seriously TERRIBLE. They will ask you to pull around and never bring your food. I would strongly recommend declining to pull around and instead waiting for your food. This only happens with the night team. I blame the manager. She's useless.

    Long wait in drive thru. Had to wait to pay because the kid was too busy texting to take our payment. All food shoved in one bag( 3 meals ) only to find we were missing a sandwich and the fries weren't even full basically paid for two large meals and the fries were equivalent to the small fry we got which looked like half a small, ridiculous.

    It's McDonald so the bar is low. I've been to this one at least 40 times. They've lost my order or messed it up close to 30 times. I don't usually review places like this because it doesn't make much of a difference but after waiting for 40 minutes tonight (and still not getting my order), enough was enough. Thanks for making my kids cry because your app wouldn't load at the MCDs. I'm gonna dispute the charges as fraud.

    I will never order from this McDonald's again. I have eaten there a few times before, both from the drive up and delivery by Door Dash. I can put up with slowness, rudeness or incorrect orders, but this past Sunday, I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich meal to be delivered by Door Dash, because it came with a free regular chicken sandwich. Right away I noticed the spicy chicken sandwich did not taste right, like it had gone bad. By the next day, Monday, I had a terrible pain in my stomach, and as of today, Tuesday night, I still feel nauseous, though it's getting better. This place needs to have the health department come in and do an inspection. No more, never again, I won't put my health at risk again. I can't give zero stars or negative stars, but if I could, I would. Be careful eating here.

    I did a pickup order after softball. Now at 11 o’clock at night do I expect everything to be fresh fresh. Nope not a chance. But I do expect when there is a line out to the street that the fries to be at least some what warm and my quarter pounder to not seem like it had been sitting for quite some time yes.

    First of all the girl that helped me order my food was very cute and she was training, but she was doing her best, and I appreciate her. Place was very disorganized. The lady with the blue hair in ponytails needs to be fired. She was yelling at her staff. I was waiting for my food standing right by the cash register, and she yelled at one of the customers because he couldn’t speak English. She literally yelled at him told him “HOLD ON” she really is not good for your business McDonalds

    I had a drive through order, I came home and my burger was stale and the meat was sitting out after cooking. Fries weren’t cooked all the way. I called 5 times and the women said she couldn’t hear me when I knew she could. She finally said something and told me to bring the sandwich back. Ended up going to a different location. Very rude workers there as well as very unprofessional. You can’t serve food that has been out for that long it’s gross.

    I always go to this McDonald's since I just live right down the street. I have multiple incidents, one time me and my sister went through the drive thru and we asked if we can do two separate orders and the manager that took our order was so rude. We gave her our order but we had to keep repeating ourselves over and over again and she even said a bad words towards us, poor management right there. Not even that, I doordash a lot because I don't have a car and it's really late at night, like 11. Everytime I doordash after 10, my order gets refunded back to me, always says that they can't fulfill my order. If you guys can't fulfill my order after 10 then you should change the time on the app because this is honestly ridiculous and annoying. You guys need better night crew.

    I have never had a worse wait time or lack of organization in my life!!! I arrived 8:55p.m. for a door dash pick up by 9:08. They didn't get my order completed until 9:47!!!. They first screwed up and accidentally said it was done when it wasn't. Then when I asked the employee she realized I was waiting a half hour+ and she was trying to finish bagging my order when the mgr. Makes her stop and start a different order that she wanted her to work on. I asked the mgr. Please let her finish bagging my order that I have been waiting 45 min for already!!! The night mgr. Whoever was there at 9p.m. should not be managing at all. I'm a department mgr. For my day job and I have never seen lack of organization and re working, constantly re-bagging orders. Forgetting what they already bagged and have to pull the order back out just to open up the burger to see what's on it and constantly doing that again and again. Owner of this franchise or Store mgr. Watch the video between 9p.m. and 10p.m. front counter. Mgr. Yelling at employee angrily, employee yelling back angrily where every customer in the lobby could here. I swear it's always a problem coming here at night. Before her it was the blond lady that was even worse. Please fix the mgr issue and lack of customer service and food service late night. Please????

    They only care about Drive thru. Getting their attention in the lobby is hilarious. They will stare at you from inside not helping you one bit at the counter. Are you scared or something??? Do better.

    The orders are never correct. Orders shorted or drinks wrong. I can't speak with anyone because they do not speak English. They are also unfriendly. If you ask for ketchup, they angrily hand you a couple of packets. I've called and tried to make it right with my orders, and you only get an answering machine.

    Food didn't taste good. The services were horrible one of the ladies there asked me if my dog is a service animal and I told her yes and then she asked me for proof and told me to bring it next time I go in which she's not allowed to ask for my proof or anything all she needs to know is that my dog is serviced. They are so rude there

    Today's the last time I go to this store. If it's not the incorrect order, it's bad service. It's missing items. It's the person at the drive thru not taking down my order correctly. This is really the most poorly ran store I've ever come across. The one down the street on 5400 never makes any mistakes. I don't understand

    Everytime I order from this location, my order is incorrect. Not one time have I received a correct order from this place. To top it off the employees are so bitter! Check your order before you drive away, seriously it will save you the drive back or the frustration of not receiving what you paid for.

    Rating based on my expectations for a McDonald's. Clean inside, friendly staff. McDonald's food is uniform across the chain, which is fine with me. Burger was juicy and not over or under cooked. Fries were cooked right and were lightly salted. Sometimes Mickey Dees fries are way too salty but these were just right.

    I was initially going to leave a five-star review. I used the app to order a six piece Happy meal, but when it came out there were two four pieces instead. My nephew was ecstatic, and when he got to the bottom he found not just one, but two Happy meal toys. We did the curbside pickup, and he struggles with spills, so I decided to stay parked while he ate his food. Right as he was finishing up, an employee walked over to our car with another order, I politely told her that it wasn't mine and she stormed off saying "well then you're parked in the wrong spot." It was incredibly rude, and aggressive. Whomever packed my nephews happy meal, thank you for making his day! For the employee who stormed off, you need a serious attitude adjustment.

    We waited at the drive thru for 28 minutes. When we finally got to where we could place our order the employee came on the microphone and said that they are only helping door dash and delivery orders. Unfortunately, I was in the inner lane and had to wait another 24 minutes to get out of line. An hour of time and gas wasted and absolutely no food. This location is the absolute worst!

    This is the perfect location to go to if you want to eat healthy and save money. I constantly get food that looks like it’s been made by a 3 year old, cold or old tasting food, they are incredibly heavy handed when it comes to some stuff like pepper (I was almost unable to eat a burger with the amount of pepper that was on it), very rarely do I get what I pay for like extra pickles or onions. 2 weeks in a row now I have received my order with missing items. First time got my fries but not my nuggets then today got my nuggets but not my fries. The workers either don’t know how to read a monitor or receipts they put on bags. The amount of money they charge for stuff now and skimp on it or not give it to you is just wrong. I will take my business elsewhere where they actually care about customer service and I don’t mean a different McDonald’s. The thing that always gets me when I have a bad experience is would the worker that served this to me or bagged my order enjoy the same thing happening to them?

    Out of 4 piece nugget meals but not 6 piece!! Are you kidding me!!! The fries were extra cold, and no sauce for the Happy Meal plus 20 piece nuggets. No napkins either!!. Not visiting this McDonald's again!!!

    This McDonald's claims to be open 24 hours but it isn't. You have to be very lucky to catch it open during the overnight hours. I work during this time and it is literally a roll of the dice if you can order food, and it's been like this for at least a couple of years. I will pull up to the menu/microphone and a voice will say, "we're closed right now" or "we're only doing Door Dash orders" or (like last night) "we'll be ready in an hour." IF THE LIGHTS ARE ON AND A VOICE IS TALKING TO ME THEN MAKE SOME FOOD!!! On the off chance I do get food it's great, with great service. Bottom line, they really aren't 24/7 (unless you order from the 'secret menu' I guess!)

    we went here very late, after a shopping trip. I have to say--- I was happy with their service AND with their food!! I haven't been happy with the McDonald's in my area--- the fries are ALWAYS cold, greasy and soggy no matter what time of day it is. It almost seems like someone is training them to pull them out of the fryer half cooked. BUT with this McDonald's, WOW!! The food was on point and the fries were fresh and delicious!! I was SO happy to get delicious fries for once!!!!!!! They had a full drive thru, but still-- they were doing a great job at keeping wait time to a minimum. I may have to drive over to this McDonald's to get our food from now on!!!
