The worst. Bad service Bad staff The don't speak English and the order is always wrong The check takes forever

Slow Service. Food tasted like medium quality (Tripple the price of average dining) Staff didn’t really show that they cared. Only reason people and i went there is because it’s the only place that is opened at some times and you can wait for your plane.

I actually had a quite good experience. Granted, I only ordered 2 lattes, but those were made well, and the waitress was friendly enough for an early morning.

For 2 small bottles of wine you can sit there whole night and charge your smartphones. Since this is the only cafe restaurant in the airport the prices are on the high side. And this is Airport ! Overall it is ok place if you don't have any other choice )

The worst service in the world. Had a lot of time before the flight, so visited this terrible place. Never visit it! Some facts: 1. Although there were only 2 visitors in a restaurant, I waited for 30 minutes but no one came and took my order. In the same time waiters were sitting and loadly laughing in the corner. Moreover (!) they even went outside to smoke. 2. Super expensive beer, but unfortunately they forget to provide a glass 3. After meal I've ordered a tea, waited for 30 minutes for it, but they completely forgot about it (2 visitors (!) in a restaurant)

Don’t eat anything from here . A pizza as worst case. Poor quality , extremely low portions and tastes are very bad. This restaurant is a disgrace to Georgian food which we enjoyed the fullest at city’s standard restaurants.

Service was really bad We ordered parmesan with our food and they didn't bring it so we asked again We still didn't get it and the waiters started to give us a disgusting attitude Finally when they brought it it was smoked parmesan with really bad taste. We told them its smoked parmesan and they denied. Worst service I have ever had

The waitress/cashier is very rude. Bad service. Bad attitude. To be honest, this kind of people gives me a bad impression of the country. This is not the first time I've experienced bad service in Tbilisi. Like they're just rude. I know not everyone, but this whole trip I've experienced bad customer service maybe 8 out of 10 places I've visited. Too bad. :/
