Helpful staff and quick service.. Asked for my double espresso to go straight in my large cappuccino, no problems as most sites say they can't do it? So much for getting waste recycling.

Workers are VERY slow despite having barely any orders/customers. We ordered two cheeseburgers and was made to park on the side just for that small order to come? We were in a rush and workers were relaxed and chatty with each other. No apology for the wait either, not satisfied with the slow service.

I know they struggle with putting on cheese at all branches but this takes it to a new level 😂 fair play mate

Had a pancake and sausage meal... Which these days is no bargain, and certainly isn't fast food. Had an accompanying bacon and cheese melt... This was stone cold, and the coffee wasn't very warm either. Tables were clean enough though, car park was an ice skating rink though!

Very good food hot and nice. I would just suggest checking your order before you leave as it is busy store. You do not want to be disappointed

I was starving and went down to macdonald, don't know how but I got my tier flat and it took me nearly 2 hours to get a new tier and fix this up. Anyhow 1 hour for eating and 2 hours behind the tier and I got a parking ticket, I'm not going their again in my entire life.

Faulty ordering station (not responding to screen taps), no tickets in the machine, no milkshakes or ice cream, no chilli sauce. Pretty consistent with most other branches.

Arrived at 10.53. 2 cars from ordering breakfast. As one car wouldn't move the so called manager refused to serve breakfast to those that arrived before 11 and I waited over 15 minutes. Mcds Hockliffe is slow & the staff useless. Rather starve than use this place again. 🐀 RATS previously in car park too.

Great experience, only used the drive thru though. Even though there were at least 6 cars in front of me I ordered, collected and parked up in way under 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and professional. Top notch experience and food was piping hot.

Staff seem idle. I ended up stuck in drive thru queue for an age rather than send another customer through to the grill space? Why? When i finally got my food, no ice in drink and my food was cold (due to wait!) Poor!

I like this mc donalds branch, but sometimes it is very dirty and crowded. The number of employees is insufficient in these situations. Also, they don't put ketchup all the time. You get a 4-person menu and they give you 1-2 ketchup as if it's a joke.

Ordered via the app in the car park and by the time I'd walked to the restaurant it was ready to collect. Food was good, correct and fresh. Not a criticism of McDonald's but I could have done without the lazy bloke parking to urinate in the field in full view of everyone in the car park including his own kids in his car. Total laziness not to walk to the restaurant and actually WASH YOUR HANDS!

terrible terrible experience, went in for a nice meal and was greeted by 3 young boys, around the age of 8 creating immense havoc and ruining the experience. they were grabbing the ipad from my daughter, throwing chips around, yelling, swearing and more. the worst part is is that the boss didn’t do anything until more complaints came in to which he only friendly kicked them out to the outdoor seating. i will never consider this establishment when hungry again.

Awful service. Slow and every time we’ve ordered they’ve got our order wrong! We’ve only ordered or been to this branch purely from desperation and no other choice. Food is always cold or at most slightly warm. Breakfast is what we mainly get and it’s always badly put together and NOT once have we had a complete order. I hope they change management cos most people I know avoid this branch.

A good place to stop for a break from driving, but also to get food and drink. Parking is ample ,it also has a drive through pick up. Surrounding area and inside McDonald's it was clean and tidy too.

The food is always good here. Great coffee and very helpful staff. However,  none of this detracts from the fact that the Tories have broken everything.
