    The place is the main office of the volta river authority in Techiman...they give out prepaid metres and sell out prepaid cards to everyone....and u gonna have to pay all your electricity bills over here....

    You can buy power and fix your power issuea here. Of course i do consultancy for the the utility too so always here when in techiman
