The reception was very poor, I have been working on one thing for almost two years,MTN why?

Small place lot of congestion everyday. They need a spacious place and lot of customer representatives to handle the many complaints.

Their services are time consuming you have to get A photo copy of your ID card, housenumber , Phone number etc before joining a very long queue without them asking you of what you even want to do ,so if after 3h to 4h or even more and why you went there can not be addressed or you didn't have even go there ....you can imagine the time wasted ,there are some things you can do on by yourself on your phone with the little assistant
