Very poor ambience for a spa. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the wall fan. I went the osu branch for a massage and a facial. I asked for mint oil and I was given menthol oil because they didnt have mint. I rejected it and settled for a lavender oil that didn't smell like anything. The facial steamer machine was not working and I was not informed until during the treatment when I asked the therapist why she was covering my face with warm towel 😑. In summary the 2 therapists improvised as much as they could to get through the treatment but it was not a relaxing experience for me at all.

Basic massage, not very precise. Place is a bit busy and may be cleaner. Appointment booked and confirmed the day before but no trace of it when arriving. Thus 50min waiting for a 60min massage ... I would not particularly recommend.

This is the wonderful staff of Spa Body N Beyond in Accra Ghana, it was my first time ever getting a manicure, pedicure and sports massage. These ladies are legit well trained and professional that provide personal one on one services (manicure, pedicure and sports massage) I left there looking and feeling like a million bucks, if you're ever in Accra this is the place to be.

I found this beautiful ambience of a haven online, and booked 2 treatments for myself, the "aching foot treatment" and the "deep tissue massage". My young son opted for the "hot stone massage". Both of us were pleasantly satisfied and so grateful for our extraordinary experience. The practitioners go the extra mile to ensure that you are comfortable and that your needs are being met. They also sell fresh juices which is a bonus after all that releasing. The place is very rustic on the outside with fruit trees and an open landscape of the land, whilst inside offers serene calm vibes with gorgeous scents and beautiful meditation music. I look forward to returning, and I highly recommend it. It's in East Legon.
