We went here for half a day and that was plenty of time for a 5yr old (110cms). Not many slides for him to go on at his current height and the ones he could go on, adults were not allowed to use. There's only one slide that we could all go on together as a family which was disappointing. You pay much less if you after 2pm which I'm glad we did. The staff were all lovely, although some would let my son wear a swim/sun hat and some wouldn't. Couldn't see a problem with him wearing a hat really. The same with smart watches. The floors are absolutely boiling hot, glad we had swim shoes for the little one. My feet were very sore! There are photographers taking photos but we wasn't told where to access them but eventually found the kiosk. It's 10€ for one photo which is so expensive but they do packages. We paid 30€ for 5 photos but that was counterbalanced by the fact we paid less entry fee. On leaving the reception staff called us a taxi which was great. Worth a visit to pass a few hours but ideally be 120cms+ or a toddler (lovely little area for smaller children)

WHERE OLD SLIDES COME TO DIE... - NO own food - NOT enough sun beds - NOBOBY speaks english Slides are quit tired, the kamikaze will scratch your back. Some of kiddy slides are held together with montage foam. Lifeguards will whistle ALL the time and then talk/scream spanish so if you dont speak spanish you wont know whats up (i just started to ignore them, do my thing and walk away...they cant follow off their spots). Some slides have hight limit of 150cm...thats a first for me, and i dont mean the smallest ones. You are not allowed to slide with your kid regardless of age. You would think that someone died on the slide and lifeguards are super stressed. Lines take ages because the pool needs to be empty before next person can slide. On kamikaze tower there were 4 slides...and one lifeguard who did not pay to much attention so you will wait for no reason. There were 10 slide foam thingies for whole aquapark so often the slide is empty because all foams are being carried up by people. If you enter at 14 (3h is more than enough for this park) they wont let you in before it is 14...but they close some slides as early as 16:15. To top it all someone dinged my car on the parking but thats no surprise considering how locals park...

We have a really good experience here. We was nearly put off going because of the reviews but we thought we’d give it a go and we’re glad we did. The staff were really friendly, the slides were amazing and the queues for the slides were short. There was a kind lady taking pictures which you can purchase at the end, we got 5 digital pictures for €30 and they got sent to our email inbox straight away. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go again.

I have been to siam park in tenerife so this park was rather disappointing. I had read reviews about the staff being miserable and rude but every staff member i spoke to was very friendly, polite and helpful. I personally wouldnt spend the €26 to get in again. I imagine its better for younger kids but for adults not so much. The slide hurts your back going down because of the connection between the sections, didnt seem to be enough floats for the rides either and it just has that unloved feel, a bit of paint here and there would make a big difference. Food was very nice and reasonably priced.

This is a 3rd rate attraction, it is in very poor condition and has been maintained very little. In arrival there is a sign claiming it was opened in 2015, this I cannot believe. I appreciate the climate is hot but this kind of decline doesnt happen over 4 years. At best I would say it reopened in 2015 under new owners after a little paintwork. This park was recommended by our Jet2 rep Lisa, I'm really worried now about the other excursions we have booked under recommendation. My advice is avoid at all costs

Nice water park, lots of different slides. Some with mats or rings. It's abit of a maze but lots to do. Its exercise walking around and up and down some steps some slopes so be aware.

Fab day out and great value. Bus to the door and loadsa slides and pools and sun loungers. Plenty for all ages. Food reasonably priced and hot dogs were great. Lockers for clothes etc and photos if u want. Loads of options and only short queues. Bring sunscreen and pool shoes for walking between areas.

Wonderful day out. Bonus no queues. The slides were fun and the staff are strong about safety rules.

My 3 year old son loved this water park as did mum and dad. There is a number of rides for all ages, from young kids to teens and older. This is the biggest water park in Lanzarote and it's not too expensive and young kids go free. Not sure what the age limit is but my 3 year old was free.

The aquapark itself is average but my son and myself went. We were told he'd get on most of the slides but when we got there, he could only go in the big pool and down the mid range slides (3 in total) plus all the baby ones. Food was cheap but queued for 45 minutes to get it. Basic stuff on the menu all fastfood. Pizza, chips, hotdogs, burgers. The coach there was 25 minutes late and then went to every stop after, over an hour on the coach. If there's a lot of you, take a taxi, much quicker. Got there and shocker, no sunbeds left all filled with towels and nobody on them...surprise surprise!! Lockers are for hire, €4.00 but can only pay by card which isn't a problem. You can use either round ghe park itself. Got my phone wrapped in a waterproof bag but didn't trust it.....so never put it in the water.....€9.00 down the drain. It was good for pictures and a little water. Queues for the adult slides were small but didn't really see as my son couldn't go on much. I'm not a fan of the water parks but since I'm the only parent on this trip....needs must. Overall, I probably won't go back.

Great water park, not the biggest by any means, but plenty to keep everyone happy for sure. Good mix of slides and pools to fit all age groups in. Lots of sun beds, but most don’t have shade and they get taken pretty quickly as the day goes on. Good safe place, lots of staff on hand and all very friendly. Definitely worth a trip out πŸ‘πŸ»

Good fun, no queues for most slides could just keep going and going. Didn't appreciate how long the queue for the rapids was, I believe this was due to the fact there weren't very many rings at all. the fact they closed a few slides early was also slightly irritating. Would recommend it overall though.

Do not bring younger children. Park is okay. Better than most reviews lead you to believe. Slides are fun. Staff are too strict though. That was my biggest grudge. When your trying to help your 6 year old on a slide, they isolate you completely. There's a rough enough concrete surface in places, Staff stupidly strict. No common sense.

OK, these bad reviews are 100% nonsense. I did not see anything bad. I had a great time all day. There was barely a queue for anything. I didn't try the food. The staff were nice, and the life guards were paying attention. no pollution. It was very cheap, highly recommended

Good choice of slides and loungers, various snack bars and a restaurant. Each slide is manned by at least on e lifeguard

Really liked it, different slides, great for all ages, restaurant is fair priced and was plesently surprised with the food, clean toilets, get there first thing so get a good spot and a locker. Lockers take cash or card, (whole place takes either so no need for cash). My photos are of only 1 section of the park!.. one down side.. the floor can be really hot, may advise to take soft wetsuit shoes, as nearly scalding my feet in places!!

I see lots of negative comments on this place. We've just returned from Teguise and loved he Aqua park, great slides, short queues, reasonable priced food. A few more rubber rings on the 2 rides that require them and this would become a 5 star

Park was okay but was the worst so far as my visit there. The pizza to hard to bite and the hotdogs with VERY cheap sausage. Fries too dry. Hot chocolate size of a shot.

Showing signs of fatigue and age but the slides are great. We went for a half day ticket (2pm - 5pm) bought at the entrance. Some of the pools are very dirty which was off putting and some staff were quite rude. Good for families however and plenty of fun to be had.

Really good afternoon of fun. Good range of slides and activities for kids. Good sized pool and splash park for the littler ones too which was good. The two downsides were that the entrance price for an afternoon was quite steep. 18Euros per adult for 3 hour session and 10Euros each for the kids. The other downside was the distinct lack of shady areas. There are some parasols around the place but not many. The only real solid bit of shade was next to the toilets which was not ideal considering just how hot it was. Overall though it was enjoyable day.

Very spacious with lots of sun loungers. Queues are not too bad for main slides. Toilets and changing areas are relatively clean. Need more rings for the two slides that require them.

Had a lovely day here, only a quick taxi ride from our hotel which was playa galeon but some people walk it. We went beginning of August and easily managed to get on all the rides once or even three times. No longer than ten mins to wait. We recommend wearing flip flops when walking around as it gets very hot underfoot. We have been spoilt by Siam park in Tenerife and you can't compare the two as this is a lot smaller but it's fun none the less. Lovely pools to just swim or bathe in and you may think all the loungers have been took but as you explore you find loads of other areas that are empty but just not near the beginning. Recommend a day out.

It was a good day but was definitely impacted by the absolutely burning ground all around the park. You can't wear sandals on the slides but the walk up is agony, we ended up leaving a bit early cos the kids feet were too sore to keep walking up. They also wouldn't let my 10 year old neice on the kids slides because she's quite tall and she was way too scared to do the bigger ones so maybe check heights of kids who are a little more nervous. Otherwise it was pretty quiet and a nice day out. There's a station where you can waterproof your phone on the way in which we didn't see till the way out which would have been really good so worth checking out xx

Great fun park, water was very cold in April but your body quickly adjusts... Couple of the slides leave ya feeling like your being lashed but think this is fairly standard in Canarian Waterparks tbh... All in all worth a visit, lots of fun, laughs and memories made!

Family of four went cost 84 euros I think, Really good fun, rides are decent, fast and the ques don't take too long tbh, they have height restrictions etc for certain rides, they also have a good size area for smaller kids with slides which is ideal for younger ones, We had food too, came out quickly and not to expensive, they offer meal deals Inc a drink for 7-10 euros. We stayed at hotel Santa Rosa and walked which took about 15 minutes, A good day out My boys loved it

Good facilities, nice water park. Could do with some updating. The only thing that was updated were the lockers....@4 euros and are now digital touchpads. My advice is that it's a very safe place, for yourself and your belongs, skip the lockers,. The food is actually very good and very reasonably priced for a water park. Far better than most I've been to. And very importantly, staff are really friendly, life guards, again very friendly and if you asked about certain rides they would engage with you and even encourage you to try something new,,without forcing you obviously. I'll be back.

Good water park plenty of slides, good for all ages. Nice splash park for little ones. Yes some places need a little touch up not sure some of the ladders etc will pass building regulations in england, nevertheless great day out, food fine, prices to eat is what you would expect to pay in these places. Ques reasonable on a busy day, plenty of sun beds

Slides were good. Good slides for younger kids. Nit a huge amount for adults.. maybe 4 slides worth doing more than once. Food was poor as expected at a waterpark. Although the hotdog was nice

We were apprehensive about going but was well worth the 80 euros to get in for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff were all great and gave us all a free drink. Ended up staying till closing time, rides were all great but the pathways were a bit run down. All good overall.

Would be great if managed better and allocated time slots so that everyone can have a shot of what they want, spend most the day standing in lines and the ground is roasting to stand for long periods so allocated time slots would be much better, lines for the slides that need the rubber rings are up to 40 min wait sometimes more and this is because people just pass the rings round family members etc rather than next person in the line. If wasn’t so busy would be good for the price but it’s just over crowed and a money making scheme rather than caring if it’s enjoyable, no limits on how many can enter either

Absolutely fantastic day out and well worth the money. We went for half a day as a group of 7 adults aged 62 to 27 with 2 kids ages 12 and 5. In the group there were three none swimmers who were happy to sit and watch. Plenty of variety to choose from, although I think none swimmers would struggle for a full day unless they're happy sunbathing! Personally I didn't eat in the cafe but someone in our party did and said the selection was great and reasonably priced. The slides are fantastic and there really is something for everyone. There are some MASSIVE slides for the thrill seekers and plenty for those who are old enough to know better but still think they can kick it with the thrill seekers!!! There are splash zones for the littlest ones too which were actually great for the none swimmers to cool down in too! Be prepared to wait for the rapids though as there definitely isn't enough rubber rings to keep the queue moving quickly. I have two criticisms of the place which is why it doesn't have a 5 star review. Firstly, there are plenty of slides for younger kids but parents can't ride any of them with the kids. So although the youngest in the group (aged 5) wanted to ride the slides he was too scared to go alone - so as a single mum I had to leave him at the top to wait at the bottom for him to come down rather than being able to go with him. Secondly, sadly the place is starting to look a little tired and could do with some updating but that's quite a minor thing. Overall I would recommend and I will return in future.

Pleasantly surprised at the fun we had here. Went with a 12yo and a 9yo. Rides were great. Food was reasonably priced and better than you'd expect at a place like this. Only wish they had a few more inflatables and mats that are needed for some of the rides to reduce the (fairly brief) waiting periods.
