It was clean, a bit dated but that didn't matter. We had room 311 on the ground floor. It was nice to sit outside in the evening, have a quiet drink and watch the hedgehog go around the perimeter of the garden at the same time every night. The staff were wonderful, especially Eva in the pool bar, who made everyone feel welcome, her meals were good too, and not expensive. We would definately stay there again.

Absolutely lovely, friendly staff, very helpful and caring. Really great apartment, everything you could need (even an iron and ironing board) clean and spacious. In a brilliant location for us (2 of us struggle with mobility and pain) quiet but close to everything. 3 beautiful and happy cats on the complex and absolute bonus. 10 mins walk into the centre 5 mins to the beach a fully stocked spar just over the road the appartments are very spacious clean and staff friendly most of the balconys have sunbeds pool bar open every day

First time visiting Costa Teguise and all I can say is.. wow 👌 Fantastic place with a very chill vibe and my experience here in Lanzarote has been made extra special by the most comforting, polite and professional staff at Sol Apartmentos 😀 The lady at the pool bar is exceptional! Her food is some of the best tasting I've ever had! + Her cocktails and beer is fresh and ice cold! The quality is awesome for the price (Very cheap prices) I've built a great rapport with her an the passion she has for cooking is amazing putting heart into every dish she makes. She's welcoming to all the guests at Sol Apartmentos. The maintenance staff are seen every morning and evening cleaning/servicing the pool area and surroundings so it's always clean for guests. The Apartments have a very homely feel and the cleaning staff and maintenance, Reception and catering staff are so so polite. The Apartments do have around 5 very tame beautiful cats which can be seen wondering around the outside open area (They do not enter your apartment or lay on sun loungers) so if you're an animal lover this place is fantastic as you can relax and stroke them or feed them if you like! But not to worry if you're not a cat or animal person as they DO NOT get in the way of any of the guests and are very clean and well looked after so they won't get in the way of your activities. The location is perfect with an aquatic center a stone throw away and this place is a sun trap! So if you're a sun lover this place is perfect! But also has places of cover if you prefer to relax in the shade. If you're thinking of having a nice quiet first time Holiday and feel anxious or just looking to change your usual location in Costa Teguise then come to Sol as you'll feel very at home and welcomed by all. We have stayed here a few times and always love it! Super friendly staff and so quiet and peaceful. There are a few cats around which are adorable and obviously well looked after. We stayed in a top level apartment which was great for all day sunbathing! Only slight criticism is the water pressure wasn’t great so washing my hair was a bit hard work but it’s not the end of the world. Overall fantastic stay, thank you :)

We have come here quite a few times, the place is basic but clean, there is every thing you need for a self catering holiday, staff are friendly and helpful ,the pool has quite a few sunbeds and parasols they also have a life guard, you are close to a spar shop and a few restaurants,beach is about 5-10 min walk away where there are more restaurants, cafes and bars

Great location, great staff, clean and well equipped apartment with really good sized balconies with privacy. No air conditioning but all you need to do is open the windows at the front and back and you have a lovely wind tunnel- much better than air con!

Rooms were spotless. The break was calm, quiet and the pool was never too busy nor too quiet. The location was perfect and you can walk to the nearest restaurant square where there is entertainment. (We ate there 5 nights). A waterpark is in walking distance and so is an aquarium so that ticks off the entertainments and places to eat. For beaches 'playa de las cucharas' is a wonderful beach - not too busy and really serene near the overlooking restraunts and there are many more beaches too. Shops were in walking distance and it was just perfect. The best thing was that all of these amenities were only a 5 minute walk away. And on top of that the price of the apartment was just excellent for what it was - well maintained and clean. Would 100% recommend this apartment for mainly its superb value for money and the location could access all amenities. Book this now before it is too late! We came back here 3 years running. Affordable, great value... just PERFECT!

When visiting Lanzarote (Costa Teguise) we were very pleased with our accommodation. It was a superb location and nearly all apartments had a pool view. I would definitely reccomend staying here as there are 4 beaches within walking distance. Perfect place! Great value too! Cleaners regularly clean your rooms and everyone is polite! I would highly recommend it! 🙂👌👍👏

Went here for a quiet relaxing holiday, rooms cleaned regularly. Pool bar was open from eleven until six.

Location great pool clean plenty of sun beds great size apartments top floor ones brilliant size terrace with sunbeds apartments ok no plug sockets in kitchen so bit of pain for kettle ect.

Couldn't fault these apartments and staff very friendly. Spotless and even a botrle.od wine on our arrival. Best sleep I have ever had on a holiday ever. The area was a little too quiet for us to return but if these apartments were in Puerto del Carmen we would definitely return. Peace and quiet is what you are looking for then this is definitely the place for you.

Fabulous holiday spent here and would return. Apartments are basic and clean. Good amount of cooking vessels, toaster, microwave, hob and coffee machine. The pool and surrounding area is clean with astro turf. Plenty of sunbeds with parasol. The snack bar is ideal for a light lunch and drinks and also offer daily specials. All the staff are very helpful and polite. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away with plenty of entertainment going on in the evening.

Arrived 3 days ago excellent apartment easy access to all amenities and beach very friendly family run apartment very clean would definitely recommend and we would use again all in all a gem of a base to holiday

This is a fantastic value for money complex. Nice rooms very clean and spacious. It's by no means a five star but for the money you can't beat it. Snacks and drinks 12 while 6 good quality and reasonable price, Ava the cook and bar person is so friendly and helpful (makes a fabulous paella 😁). Just book it you wont be disappointed .

Very peaceful and quiet place apartments were spacious and clean traditional furnishings well equipped but the shower was not so good took a long time to wash my hair as water pressure poor. But I would definitely return and recommend 👌

Rooms are lovely with most things you need for a self catering holiday. Staff are lovely, helpful and smiley. Lady behind the pool bar makes a cracking mojito and my husband recommends the palelia. Only complaint is a oven would be helpful.

I've already written a review, and you replied. But something else has happened since, I went to put milk to heat up before bed in the microwave and 2 Cockraches where in the microwave! I can't sleep now and I feel sick. 🤮 We can no longer stay here the next 3 days we want to be moved now ! But unfortunately no one is on reception until the morning 🙁

A little hidden gem. Perfect for families, minutes away from the shops and beach. Really tasty food cooked every afternoon. Ticked all the right boxes for a carefree family holiday.

First time here doing apartments so far so good as we usually do a hotel I'm impressed very clean, friendly, area around is very nice would return again always enjoy lanzarote be back
