Michelle Hartshorn, Nurse Practitioner, has been our primary 'doctor' for a year. Probably the best we have ever had. We are in our late 60s and that is saying something.

I’ve have found them especially nurse practitioner Leslie Figge very lax in their follow up… it’s been going on two weeks since she was given my cardiologist clearance for surgery yet still hasn’t sent it on the surgeon’s, Dr Enriquez, office yet I was told they’ll do it Tomorrow??? How’s that for sincere caring service????!!!!! I need a new primary care Dr!!!!

Completely unprofessional, uncaring, tacky. They take no seriousness in the actual needs of patients only telling them if they want care they will obey their rules. I wouldn’t put my trust in this provider in any way shape or form. Be warned that they do not care about you or help you need. If you want to be frustrated, have your appointments canceled waste time and money trying to get help here then do just that. Rude uncaring and tacky office.

Downgraded due to recent lack of urgency on serious family issues and paperwork. I used to recommend them, but I advise you to do your research.

I have minor surgery on the 23 of October to replace the battery on my spinal cord stimulator. I called to get a pre-op for the surgery and was told they could not do it till the first of November and to see if I could change the surgery date instead of let me see what I can do. I have had this before and it’s just like a office visit a ekg and look at your blood work. I have been coming to this facility before Dr. Peche office was here over 20 years. This is what I get.See if you can change your surgery date. What a down grade Dignity Health.

I love the Nurse Practitioners at this facility! They are compassionate and very helpful. They take your health concerns very seriously and treat their patients with loving care.
