Excellent and breathtaking view over the clouds. Water, sun creme, snacks and suitable shoes would be helpful to you during the hiking. If you are in there during the sunset, you will have lovely atmosphere. There is a car park which is very limited so please be aware of it. Also, you can see the grocery/food car in the entrance.

Definitely a must in your list of places to visit in Gran Canaria. The views are spectacular. The trek is fairly easy from the parking lot. Make sure you got proper footwear and extra layer as it is cooler up there. Would have love to see sunset/sunrise from here but maybe in another time.

Breathtaking views. It’s about 3 km out-and-back hike in total. Be ready to do a little bit of climbing. Get a jacket, it gets windy and cold up there. Definitely worth visiting this place.

Amazing views, the road to the rock is not too steep, i’ve seen people from 1 to 70+ years climbing, so it’s pretty easy to get there. We went on a rainy day but couldn’t climb the mountain as it was wet and cold (10 degrees celsius) but we went again on a sunny day and the weather was perfect (20 degrees celsius and slightly windy). I recommend taking a hoodie with you, just in case you get cold. There are some cold currents that might make you feel chilly. All in all, it was a great experience and a very nice cardio!

Amazing hiking experience! The trail has some elevation, so bring plenty of water. Be mindful of the high UV index - protection is key. The views and rock formations are unique and a must-see when visiting Gran Canaria. It's popular and crowded with tourists, especially in good weather. Parking is available but fills up quickly. A definite highlight of the island!

Roque Nublo stands at 1850m and we hiked over 1200m to get there but you can drive further up and only have a short hike of 1.5km which is what most people do. It’s one of the largest natural crags in the world. Wear sturdy shoes as quite rocky and can be a bit slippery near the top but nothing dangerous. We saw a few young kids up there. Amazing views. It was a really clear day when we went up and you can clearly see Mount Teide in Tenerife. Stunning scenery and a really enjoyable easy hike from the car park. Plenty of room to park your car and a nice ice-cream drinks place for a chill after the walk back to your car. There are places you can easily sit down which is nice.

Absolutely spectacular. We are lucky on the day as well that the cloud cover was very high, meaning we got a spectacular view for miles around of the mountains. There is limited parking and it is a sensible walk from the car parks. As others have mentioned, sensible footwear is a must, as it will severely limit your ability to enjoy this spot otherwise. 100% recommend as part of a trip around this part of the island.

Very beautiful even it is quite overcrowded. You must be lucky to find parking lot as well. But one of the best places I've seen on this 🏝 I recommend good shoes, there were some people in flip flaps. 🤦‍♂️

Winding road almost 2km up. Very few parking spaces compared to how many tourists there are. The path is sometimes quite rocky and the stones are slippery. In clear weather great scenery in all directions, in cloudy weather visibility of a few meters.

The view form the top of the trail is incredible. There is a 360 view and if you are lucky as we where you can see a lot of clouds moving around very fast. The trip to the top is short like 30 minutes form the starting place where you can park your car. There is also a little shop where you can buy refreshments and some food right next to the parking spot.

Outstanding. The walkway from the parking lot until the rock is of medium difficulty. If you use sandals (eg TEVA) it’s doable (my partner & I used them) but be careful on the stones. Definitely recommend it for the sunset!

From the main car park, it's about a 40 minute uphill walk to Roque Nublo. There are some shaded areas for rest. The view at the end is worth the walk, but there is also spectacular scenery during the walk. I would advise people to be a bit careful during the walk, as there are a lot of loose rocks.

What an amazing experience !! I highly suggest a hike on Roque Nublo if your in Spain ! We started at 75 degrees, blue skies & bright sunshine as we we're hiking up the mountain the weather changed drastically !! Temperature definitely dropped at least 20 degrees, thick dense fog, gusty winds & what looked like light snow.. Was absolutely a fantastic way to spend the morning. It's a challenging hike if one isn't used to high elevation & rocky surfaces but if you go at it slow & easy it's well worth it once you make it to the top. Highly recommend the experience !!

Beautiful hike up to roque Nublo. Not very challenging, would recommend active gear. Great route up and worth the climb. Once up you reach a plain field with a view of rock nublo. Average 30min up, can be done faster.

What a stunning area for hiking trips 🤩🥾 We went there and did a trip we found on Komoot for about 3hrs. The area as you can see is wonderful and very different from the touristy places you normally associate with the island. Also is it much colder up here and you should bring warm cloths when you go on a hike.

Amazing place with an amazing view over the island! Be aware that parking is only allowed in the parking areas and not on the street - otherwise you might get a ticket.

Stunning place!! It’s about 45 minutes if you want to go all the way but what a beautiful day for us. There is a small van shop where you can buy orange juice etc at the start. Parking is free and it wasn’t that difficult to find. It was worth a visit for sure!

It was very windy road going up there but totally worth a visit ! The hike takes around 40mins to 1 hour.

You have to visit this place if you are in Gran Canaria. Plenty parking spaces. Cold water and ice cream sold at the entry point. It is 40 min walking distance but worth it for the landscape. The distance between the parking place and the peak is 1.5 km. There is no corridors or handrails so be careful.

30-40 min walk from parking to roque nublo, nice walk, don't hésitante to stop on the way to see lovely panoramas! We can also see tenerife and teide from this point

A place not to be missed in Gran Canaria. The road up the mountain is difficult, but the scenery is definitely worth it. We took our four-year-old boy with us and he was very excited all the way. Remember to bring a jacket, especially if you set out in the morning as the wind can be strong.
