This is the first sports massage I've had for a few years and my back was full of knots and tight around the shoulders. Adam is friendly and welcoming and very good at his craft. I would recommend him and will definitely book again. The treatment room is inside Purity Gym, Livewell didn't mention that when I booked, just said it was 1A King Street so took some effort to find it. Ample parking though gym reception lady was very friendly.

Very easy to talk to as far as explaining my issues. My back felt better than it has in years. Only small negatives it was a bit cold in the room toward the end of the massage. But therapist Adam did a fantastic job.

Adam knew exactly what I had done and told me it would be better in 3 weeks and with his support and advice he was right. I am now pain free and able to return to work. Thankyou Adam

Adam was friendly and competent. He was welcoming when I arrived and quickly got on with working his way through the knots in my back. The following morning I was somewhat sore, but only briefly and only because I had a few knots to work on. I would thoroughly recommend him.
