    All services are available, but the traffic is inconvenient. It would be better if there is a water heater in the bathroom

    The studio room is nice to stay in, the room is clean, there is a smart home Alexa skill and a smart lock door. The room is complete, there is a TV, mini refrigerator, microwave and is quite suitable for your budget if you want to look for accommodation near PIK 2 and below there is also lots of food so you don't need to go far to look for food if you don't feel like leaving the apartment
