We booked the hotel for our last night before departure. Instead of getting a good rest before the flight we were told they already have all rooms booked. Even though we have a booking! They said we can get the transport to another hotel from them. But we don’t want the Transport or money, we just wanted to rest and not waste another hour of the little time we have left. Oh, and last time we stayed here we didn’t receive an invoice, even after asking for it two times. The hotel itself is nice but you can’t just give peoples rooms away. And now we’re moving to a hotel that’s further away from the airport so we need to wake up earlier and get way less sleep. Horrible experience, 0/5 stars.

This hotel doesn't accept cash payment for food and drinks. If you manage to convince them to accept cash, they will claim that they don't offer any change. With some persuading, they will offer change. They charge an extortionate amount for bottled water.

This four star hotel, have all good services. Room up to hotel standard. Hot shower availiable. Fast WiFi. Breakfast, there's more than 10 various choice to your preference. Swimming pool is good. Also you can ask for eco -zone unit to purify and sterilized the air in you room (per request).

Too bad the swiming pool still under maintenance.. But else still good. Services is good

Nice hotel, but a bit dark. Personally I don't really like dark place. The room was spacious with big windows.

The location very hard to find. Its near industrial road daan mogot. Some what there are no sign to the hotel. I recommend to use google map to go here.

D'primahotel was the first hotel we booked on landing in Jakarta, after that we booked more hotels but hands down no hotel was better than this. It has good room size, lovely pool and gym area, lots of eating options nearby, good WiFi, overall we spent 4 days here. Ali lost his bank card and Thomas, a team member of the hotel, did everything to help which meant alot to us ( luckily we found the card at the airport!). Safe to say that it's a very clean hotel with great team, if we could we would pack the hotel along with the team in our pocket and carry it everywhere with us! Thank you all for a great service. A pleasant stay here. They have a nice layer of security. The check-in process is fast, they give you the room that you want. You can ask for a room facing the housing (south) and on the top floors, the city view is great. The cons are that the toilet is stained yellow, the sink faucet is shaky and the chiller isn't cold. If you get bored with the hotel breakfast menu, there is a Subway outlet next to hotel restaurant.

Staying in the clean nice room but not too big and the aircon is cool enough in the hot weather. The breakfast was so so with several choices of food

Simple hotel for transit stay. Far from city center . Breakfast nothing to be excited. Rooms are simple, fufills needs. SUBWAY right beside the hotel and conveniencr store too. Unfortunately, on the night of my stay, water started to drip from the aircon. It drips at the entire night till next morning. And informing reception. Renovation ia required for this hotel.

A very nice place to spend weekend with family or to stay during business trip, I stayed there for 9 days and they offered special price and facilities, the service was good, it has swimming pools for kid and adult, also we could work out at the gym spot, it located nearby convenience market and food stall, easy to buy food or anything we need.

I ordered to stay here for my family during transit from airport. I chose here because it's close from toll road. The staff are so friendly during check in and help to provide our needs well. No worry about clenliness. Each room has hairdryer and also water kettle if you need to make tea or coffe.

The foods are great! Clean and the staff are very helpful. There is a quite spacious prayer place (mushola)

The hotel is incredible, reasonable price. The staff is so friendly, the food is good. There are plenty option of street food outside the hotel. Two major convenience store just outside the gate. The unfortunate thing was the glass door inside my bathroom is broken, and shower sprinkle is broken so i cannot choose different type of water output. The water heater is not hot enough, probably because i was take bathe in rush hour.

Room’s quite big, big bathroom also. Tv channel not that entertaining, only have news tv. They got swimming pool but hadn’t had a chance to try. Cool lobby tho

I chose this hotel because of traveloka's recommendation with four stars and good reviews. Maybe my review does not reflect in its entirety, because I only stayed one night due to transit before continuing my flight via CGK. My experience was a bit bad, because from the airport I passed a small road by Googlemap, and when I got to the reception it turned out that they didn't have transportation to the airport. In the lobby there is a restaurant unfortunately only until 9 pm, the rooms are quite clean, with quite complete amenities. The service is quite good, I had no problems during my stay.

Surely you will be fallin love with this hotel, not far from international aiport CGK waith affordable price and high level of services. Just for suggestion please stay at Room 918 and you will see incredible view from your room. Never worries about breakfast menu, they served you variatif menu and tasty food. I will back to this hotel for transit, sure, marks my words

Come to the restaurant for iftar and dinner. They served not so many beverage. Food was good but not very special for me. 4 stars would be represented them.

I stay here quiet often, some days when you get a good room facing the housing area then it is less noisy. The ones facing the roads are riddled with noises but the one that made me gave it one star was the presence of bed bugs. At first I thought it was hives, but the uniformity of it made me think otherwise. Stay out of here unless you want to play roulette with bed bugs.. they were extremely itchy and it leaves scars and marks for quite some time.

It was a great moments for my birthday with family, of course 1 night stay and one of the room get upgraded not even enough to express how all the facilities and staff fulfilled our experience of staying in this hotel. Surely we'll stay again next time. Thank you dPrima Hotel Tangerang🙏
