Out of curiosity I went to the blood lab to ask if the results were out or not. After being asked to the lab, it turned out to be out, but how come there was no notification to me when the lab results were out. Even though I waited quite a long time with my child's condition being very weak. From my lab, I was ordered to go to the emergency room again to ask about the results. It turned out to have been printed, and was not called or notified when the results were out. As a result, from approximately 18.00 to 00.00 there was no inpatient room. My advice is to be more aware of patients, do you want to pay for it yourself or BPJS (pay monthly, use it or not, do you still pay it??). And you can prioritize which ones are urgent and which ones are not urgent. The emergency room doctor also didn't tell me to give oxygen even though my child's breath was stuffy!!! Setelah ditanya ke lab ternyata sudah keluar, tapi kok gak ada pemberitahuan ke saya kalau hasil lab sudah keluar. Padahal saya menunggu cukup lama dengan kondisi anak saya yg sangat lemas. Dari lab saya di suruh ke IGD lagi untuk tanya hasilnya. Ternyata sudah di print, dan tidak di panggil atau dikasih tau kalau sudah keluar hasilnya. Alhasil dari kurang lebih jam 18.00 sampai jam 00.00 belum dapat kamar rawat inap. Saran dari saya untuk lebih aware lagi kepada pasien, mau itu bayar sendiri atau pun BPJS (bayar loh perbulan, dipakai atau tidak tetap bayar kan??). Dan bisa prioritaskan yang mana yg urgent yang mana yg tidak urgent. Dokter IGD juga gak suruh kasih oksigen padahal nafas anak saya engap!!! Mau dokter dan perawat nya samaΒ² kurangnya kepedulian!!!!

Untuk pelayanan rawat inap juga lama daftar dr jam 22 sampai jam 24 belum dapat kamar juga, alasannya kamar sedang disiapkan. Setelah didesak terus perawat bilang katanya kamar sudah ada tapi petugas yg jemput untuk ke kamar belum ada. Heran Untuk yg mendesak lebih baik dipertimbangkan lagi untuk rujuk di RS ini. Kamar mandinya pun licin, takut kalau pasien sewaktu-waktu terpleset di kamar mandi, seharusnya petugas kebersihan RS bisa konsisten bersihΒ² setiap hari. Banyak juga suster magang yang belum handal memasukan jarum infus dan suntikan, takut terjadi malpraktik di RS ini karena suster magang ini berani tusuk sana-sini.

    Honest review, my husband and I were treated here, BPJS class 1 patients. Overall the service was very good, the doctors, nurses, POS, security, even the cleaners were friendly. RSMH is my hospital of choice because it is close to home. In my opinion, the comfort of the room for inpatient BPJS patients is most comfortable in class 1 rather than class 2 and 3. However, the service for BPJS patients is the same as general patients, satisfactory. Keep serving wholeheartedly, RSMH health workers!
