When you buy an apartment here, they didn’t tell you that the swimming pool and the facilities in the clubhouse are managed by external contractor and even if you are a resident here, you cannot use those facilities unless you sign up a club membership and pay a fee of about 9 million rupiah a year. And guess what! They offer membership to non resident as well! So essentially those condo facilities are not the privilege for residents to enjoy! In addition, when we bought a unit, they say we will get the unit early 2022, then subsequently they say we will get it towards the end of the 2022, and now say that we will have to wait for 2023-24. Seems like the marketing doesn’t know what they are selling! Better think twice when you want to get a unit here!

This is not an approriate apartment. To many big and wide drop celing and the ceiling height is very low ( 2 1-2.2 at dop ceiling). Is it caused by the faulty of structure or architectural design ? The simple flat provides by goverment is more better than this. Beside that i bought a unit that faced to pool that belong to tower itself, but now they built it without pool and forced me to handed over. What a bad developer. The buildibg management said to contact the marketing. WHAT A JOKE for the biggest developer

A new apartment complex with many many towers. The location is up high so basically free from flood. Its windy n not humid at all. Felt like breathing some fresh air while walking within the area. Shops are already surrounding the place. Be it a mini market, household or coffee shops. Common areas are also available with many seatings. A good meeting point if you dont want to invite people into the apartment.

Stayed here for few nights. Although it's yet to complete, the environment was very nice as it's close to the sea. Various stalls were also available at the lobby level. There's also 24 hour cafe in case you're hungry on midnight. The rooms here are clean and neat. Great place to buy/rent if you're interested in PIK area in Jakarta!

Great apartment complex in PIK2 not far from the airport

It was a nice place, clean lobby, an indomaret downstairs, and plenty of restaurants too. However the apartment complex is still quite empty with not many residence and need a little drive to go to the city. Maybe in 2-3 years this place will be amazing

Newly build apartment complex with fresh market facility underground. Modern food stalls also available on ground floor like Imperial Resto, Kopi Kenangan, Starbucks etc.

Currently available parking lot for residents are far besides tower A (if you're living at tower D, E, F... Good luck walking and carrying your stuff/bags over every time you go back from work). Plus, they don't bother building a way for residents to easily install water heaters. (The facilities such as swimming pool is also not in the apartment floor, you have to get outside and walk to get there. And it is shared amongst the residents from all the apartments towers.) But hey, it's a cheap apartment if anyone looking to buy. Though, still, I'd definitely not consider this a good investment for now - go somewhere else if you can - I'm sure there will be better and newer apartments around the area.

The place is fine but the sun so hot and dry,ice tea price is idr 15k 🤣,nothing special here only take a photo and 15 minutes i left this place.
