I think the customer service at the tema new town branch lacks professionalism And tools for effective results . It took me 2weeks to be able to take out my implant. It either they were out of equipment to remove it or the person in charge was not on duty they kept telling me to come back another day . This runs down the credibility of the clinic.

Some reviews are more than 3years and people keep complaining about the same issues. Sorry I think you don't mean business and joking with human lives

Maybe you can stop giving bad feedback with your response of "sorry your bla bla bla didn't meet your expectation". These are clearly genuine and important concerns and experiences of your facility and services you provide. You have such bad reviews for and external/international organization and this is your best response? A default message? A "Marries Stopes" clinic? Common! Maybe if you work on your internal structures you wouldn't keep having such bad reviews. This is just a small fraction of bad experiences at your facility that's reached the internet. Healthcare providers get away with soon much in Ghana. Your PR is even worse.

Tema newtown services are very poor . I just came to remove my implant and there was no education. No communication at all. She just told me she has finished her job after the taking out the implant and left the room. And I'm in pain sitting .Don't even know after how many days I will remove the plaster

The senior midwife extremely lacks customer relation service. Very unprofessional! It was an awkward experience I had today with her.
