Great food, great service and very cheap. Wherever the locals eat, you better follow. That's how i found this place, it came highly recommended. And so I am paying forward, enjoy.

One of the most renowned places in Tema for local dishes, which include fufu with various soups (light soup, palm nut soup, groundnut soup), bank with okro or pepper, Jollof, etc. They have a spacious eatery. Kindly note their prices are pretty on a high side compared to other places.

Food is good. Just a little delay on preparing meal @ the VIP restaurant. Make an order before you get there so your meal could be ready on time.

There's a part where you feel more of the local set-up and enjoy your favourite local dishes and the other part gives you a more diplomatic set-up where you can sit and enjoy your continental dishes. It's actually a cool place. More relaxing.

Agbamami is not your regular 'chop bar'!!! Hey you, how dare you go to Tema without visiting Agbamami? I know everything on their menu looks good but take your time and choose that local meal you've always wanted to try. They serve continental dishes too

Agbamami has a homely touch. The environment is very conducive for friends to gather around one of their local dishes. I will rate their banku and okro 5-stars...it is that good! The washroom was also very clean when I used it. The local dishes are very tasty and moderately priced. Overall, I would have given them 5 stars but for the corridor I had to meander before getting to the food court itself.

Good banku and okro soup. Popular place and not bad at all

  • 5/5 Robert Q. 2 years ago on Google
Like the environment. Well set up and spacious. But as for the food, you will be spoilt for choice. Proper well-prepared local Ghanaian dishes the taste of which indicates the skill of an experienced Cullinarian. Go check. Tongue doesn't lie about food. Neither do I. And before I go.... they're comparatively affordable.
