I love the opportunity to lodge in this amazing place with wonderful customer service.

I was there in October 2020.i had issues but I checked in December and I was amazed.the hotel has been renovated with excellent customer service.

Good location but extremely poor service. Poor internet. Workers do not care about the customers.

Quite okay to spend your night and your holiday there

I stayed in one of the presidential suites, and the bedding is amongst the best in Ghana. The sheets and pillows are top-notch. I enjoyed it so much that I returned for a second stay.

comfortable and cozy . however there is no enough space since the whole land has been been used leaving virtually no space. No insecticide to control mosquitoes in the evening.

Stayed in this hotel from 7th July for two weeks. Falsely advertised. No garden / loungers to relax as it stated on website. This is a very poorly run hotel. If I wanted use of the Fridge and TV they had to bring a car battery for it to work. No separate hand towel to wash hands after using toilet. Only hot reasonably hot water four times in the 14 nights I stayed there. Many Cock roaches in the bathroom. The Receiption staff also tried forcing me to pay again on my departure even when showing my receipt. One does not get any form of choice for breakfast. Got brough omelette, 2 slices of white toast and baked beans pot of hot water and tea bags every morning.

It was a lovely, great atmosphere and exceptional customer service.

There was dead insects on my bed, dead spider on the bathroom floor, dirty faucet. The room wasn't swept, nasty fake nails on the floor. Simply BAD EXPERIENCE.
