My usual stylist is great, but I had a not so great experience with a male stylist who was very aggressive, & rough with my hair / head, & not super friendly. Basically felt like I had my hair pulled on, & left with a headache, I will be making sure I get my usual great stylist next time

The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. I came in for a trim and some face framing layers. The hair dresser was nice and did a great job. My hair looks healthy again! The price was affordable. $22

I always come here and usually have a great experience. I came in today and had a really bad experience. I asked for a finger length off the top and the girl proceed to cut a finger length from the scalp. She then gives me a weird curved fade, I asked her to make it straight. She kept hacking into my hair. I told her just to cut it really short because it was already messed up. I left and went home, and my wife had to tell me it looked like I cut my own hair in the back because it was splotchy. I have business meeting this week and now I basically have a shaved head. I will not come back to this location anymore, or just ask for someone else. It's hard to get good consistency without picking who cuts your hair.

This place is hit or miss today it was a hit! I hadn't been in a while due to long hair but I cut all off and she did great hopefully all the stylists are as good nowadays.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. My dresser was rude and didn’t understand what I wanted which was layers. She essentially gave me a trim after berating me about how much length I wanted to cut which was none. She kept complaining about my hair the entire time. Absolute waste of time and money would give zero stars if I could.

Trucly was so lovely and patient and sweet. I was nervous to go to a Great Clips but she definitely changed how I felt about it. Took her time, gave me exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back for her :)
