I
usually
don’t
write
reviews,
but
I
feel
compelled
to
after
how
kind
I
witnessed
a
Hallmark
employee
being
today.
Unfortunately
I
didn’t
get
her
name,
but
I
will
add
some
numbers
&
info
from
my
receipt
in
this
review
in
hopes
that
they
can
help
give
the
store
the
info
they
need
to
determine
who
she
is.
I
heard
her
speaking
with
another
employee
as
I
walked
in
&
the
other
one
was
saying
she
was
worried
to
take
her
break
because
they
might
get
busy.
This
employee
reassured
her
they’d
be
fine—could
call
from
someone
in
back
&
had
another
gal
coming
in
shortly.
A
minute
later,
she’s
helping
a
very
confused
customer
who
didn’t
speak
hardly
any
English.
She
was
super
polite
in
their
exchange
&
was
VERY
(cannot
emphasize
this
enough)
patient
with
this
customer.
And
what
I
loved
most
while
listening
to
her
was
that
it
wasn’t
forced
in
any
way...
you
could
tell
she
genuinely
enjoyed
helping
people.
Now,
I’ve
worked
in
customer
service
for
23
years
and
it’s
tough
to
say
the
least.
I’ve
always
considered
myself
a
kind
person,
but
after
working
with
the
public
day
in
and
day
out
for
so
many
years,
it
can
really
start
to
jade
you.
Even
I
know
that
as
patient
as
I
am,
I
don’t
think
I
could’ve
maintained
my
cool
like
she
did
with
this
particular
customer.
The
customer
did
seem
quite
nice
(not
rude
at
all),
but
she
took
sooo
much
time
&
wasn’t
understanding
one
thing.
The
kind
employee
repeated
herself
calmly
over
&
over,
tried
as
best
she
could
to
explain
what
the
customer
needed
to
buy
in
order
to
receive
the
coupon/discount
she
was
trying
to
get.
I’m
not
joking
when
I
say
this
went
on
forever.
In
the
end,
the
customer
seemed
satisfied
&
the
employee
even
helped
her
count
out
the
right
amount
due.
There
weren’t
many
people
in
the
store
at
first,
but
of
course
all
of
a
sudden
there
were
&
everyone
wanted
to
check
out
at
the
exact
same
time.
This
never
surprises
me
because
you
see
this
happen
all
the
time
in
restaurants.—It’s
like
people
are
dropped
off
by
the
bus
load,
then
they
all
leave
at
the
same
time.
It’s
inevitable.
;)
Plus,
they
were
really
asking
for
it
since
she’d
told
the
other
employee
it
was
okay
to
take
her
break.
Ha!
Always...
But
in
her
defense,
it
was
an
odd
time
in
the
afternoon
&
seemed
like
the
best
time
of
day
for
breaks
(think
it
was
around
2:30).
So
she
calls
the
other
gal
from
the
back
&
the
two
of
them
handle
the
line
quickly
(which
I’m
in
by
this
point).
And,
of
course,
the
phone
is
ringing.
She
asks
her
present
customer
if
it’s
okay
to
put
the
person
on
hold,
then
explains
they’re
busy
&
could
she
please
call
them
back.
She’s
the
one
who
ends
up
checking
me
out
&
she
couldn’t
of
been
nicer.
Friendly,
professional,
etc.
This
long
review
may
seem
unnecessary
for
such
a
few
small
kind
acts,
but
I
feel
that
it’s
so
hard
(unfortunately)
to
find
great
customer
service
these
days
that
I
felt
it
was
my
duty
to
shine
a
light
on
this
woman
who
is
truly
in
the
right
line
of
work
in
hopes
that
she
receives
the
recognition
she
deserves.
Let’s
get
this
woman
a
raise!
At
the
very
least,
she
may
one
day
see
or
hear
this
&
know
it’s
about
her.
I
know
people
have
written
kind
reviews
about
my
service
&
it
really
touched
my
heart
&
helped
to
renew
my
hope
in
people
&
keep
my
spirits
high.
Especially
at
this
time
of
year,
what
a
wonderful
example
this
woman
is
of
how
we
should
treat
one
another.
I
regret
not
expressing
my
appreciation
of
her
while
I
was
there,
but
they
were
quite
busy
&
I
thought
it
best
not
to
slow
her
down
(although
looking
back
it
would’ve
only
taken
a
second
&
may
have
gone
a
long
way
for
all
I
know).
I
am
a
little
shy
(no
excuse
I
know).
So
to
the
managers
of
this
store
(it
may
be
her??)
I
hope
you
see
this
&
acknowledge
what
a
wonderful
employee
you
have!
Here
are
some
numbers
from
the
bottom
of
my
receipt
that
I
hope
are
helpful:
She
was
at
register
#1
at
2:26
on
Tues,
Dec
15th.
Above
Reg
#,
the
numbers
are:

and
to
the
far
right
of
that
(same
line
&
above
time)
it
says:
