I went to get my ears pierced. I picked my earrings, 26.99 pair, and was quoted 44.99. I was told this price included their $12 rapid solution and $3 per ear charge for piercing cartilage. I told Laura that I did not want the rapid solution which seemed to irritate her. She corrected the price on my paper to 32.99 which included the $6 cartilage fee. I purchased other stuff and when Laura rang it up I didn’t think to check my receipt. At the register, she charged me 38.99 which was the fee for purchasing 26.99 earrings plus the $12 rapid solution fee and an additional $6 cartilage fee, bringing my total to the originally quoted price of 44.99 and I did not receive the rapid solution. She was very unprofessional when it came to piercing my ears. She tossed the equipment onto her table, asked if I had brought a hair tie for my hair and was irritated that I had not. When she pierced my ears she squeezed the gun so hard that it jammed up on one of my ears and got stuck. I felt like she was trying to hurt me. I have recently had my ears pierced at the Superstition Springs store and was told my cartilage was really easy to pierce and barely any effirt was used to squeeze the earrings through my ears. Laura at Tempe Marketplace has lousy customer service skills and tricks people into paying more then what they are quoted. I will be lodging a complaint against her and this store with their corporate office!

Remi was so sweet and honest. My piercings turned out awesome! She deserves a raise!

If I could give a 0 star review I definitely would. The piercings were buy one get one off and they charged me full price in top of that they gave me a septum piercing I won’t ever be able to use. The employees are horrible I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Quality has sunk to abyssal. I used to purchase nose rings with stainless steel posts. Now all they have is plastic and whatever sparkly thing they glue on the end pops off every time. In the photo I have three posts in the package with no stones, and I'm afraid to touch the other 2... Terrible quality, plus they gave me a hard time when I tried to exchange. All sales final because they are nose rings, but I was like, "look, you ain't putting this package back on the shelf. You're going to have to send them all back to your warehouse and try again."

Thay have Duck earrings and thay are so cute. Quack! Also The Person who was working there was awesome and has excellent customer service!

Holy moly their stuff is ridiculously over priced! Crazy!!!

I went last week with my daughter and she loves girly things, so I went in and was looking around. I saw this really cute bottle for her and there was only one person working there I believe, and she had long brown hair with glasses, she was assisting 4 other people with their ear piercing, my husband threw his drink in the trash which was next to the cash register and this white old lady mention something about stealing and started looking over but in reality he just threw his drink check the cameras. After that I went up to the worker and asked if there was any other cups bottles, then she said "let me check in the back" and her grandchildren looked at me weird if I had something on my face. So I waited patiently and as soon as the worker was done she completely ignored me and had the audacity to ask "do you need help with something" I told her "like I said before just check if there's more in the back" after she checked there wasn't any which is fine it's for my daughter not me right. Then the old white lady had the audacity to lean over my child and say "you have to wait for your turn" my daughter is only 2 years old and she wasn't cutting in front of anyone she was looking at the stuff on the side of the cash register then the old lady made a fool of herself and dropped an item. Bottom line is don't assume and don't ever talk to kids especially toddlers a certain way when you're obviously older. If you want your children respected and have a good time without anyone being a Karen or head of Trump agency don't come. I could've told that white old lady off and the worker but I was mature and walked away. P.S they’re plain rude just sharing from my experience.

The lady that was ringing me and my daughter up were very professional, but I didn't like the way her teammate was speaking to a Hispanic grandmother. Then as the lady and her grandchildren started walking away, she was talking about the lady. She kept saying she was repeating that she was the grandmother like it made a difference, if you, not her parent then we won't do it I don't care if you are her grandmother. (Other than that my daughter loved the bag she purchased and constantly wears it all the time)

Net did a great job with my two piercings. She was knowledgeable and welcoming and plus she handled the other customers that came in with welcomes. Definitely going back here for more piercings when these heal.

Claire's has so many cute items and a great sale going on right now. If you decide to visit this store it will be hard to walk out with just one item.

Came in for an ear piercing today and associate Laura was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me with any sort or pleasantries, took something out of my hand proceeded to ask for my license to which I responded “ well first of all hello” to which she looked at me blankly and said “okay...” so I do not appreciate her energy, her demeanor or her lack of customer service. Christina, however, was lovely.

This is a bait and switch establishment. Told I could buy three items and get three items free. But everything I picked wasn't in that category when I came to the counter. I just left it all there and walked out.
