I enjoyed my experience at the Neil Riordan Center (NRC), fully! Put simply, this medical center is different. Quickly noticeable is the bright, uplifting atmosphere, with greetings of kind and caring nature upon entering the waiting room. Prompt service is a quality shared by both private physician shifts and student rotations. I find it most impressive that the doctors here have mastered the ability to be both professional and personable. When found together, these are the very qualities that separate great physicians from mediocre doctors. As this is a teaching clinic, both patients and students can ask more questions, learn more about specific conditions, and become far more involved in patient-centered care. Many clinics don’t take the time to educate their patients, but as mentioned, the NRC is different! Just as unique as this clinic is, are too the specialties it offers. From less invasive treatments, such as acupuncture and physical medicine modalities, to slightly more invasive procedures, such as spinal manipulations, perineural, prolotherapy, and platelet rich plasma (PRP), this clinic is truly multi-disciplinary. Core principles, such as "doctor as teacher" also encourages joint decision making when determining the best type of care for each patient. Where decisions are made together, questions welcomed, and doctor-patient relationships highly valued, outcomes are always more favorable. I look forward to utilizing the Neil Riordan Center to keep my body fit, flexible, and feeling its best, and I encourage others to do the same.

Dr. Mareesha Dunning is amazing. She’s extremely thorough and detail oriented. She truly cares about her patients well being. She’s great at following up and checking in on how your ailments are progressing/ doing after treatment. She’s is truly an amazing doctor and highly recommend her!

Dr. Dunning is the best doctor. She has fantastic bedside manners, listens well, takes her time while creating the most effective approach, and offers up new proven treatments that traditional medicine is lacking in. I have seen her several times and she has resolved all of my issues and I will continue to use her as my "go to" doctor that can handle anything. My experience with Dr. Dunning has been nothing short of amazing. I first came to her in December feeling hopeless, in pain, and frustrated. She was my last stop before surgery. Dr. Dunning was kind, empathetic toward my pain, and explained things I didn't know (and other doctors failed to find) about my condition. I have never had such a thorough exam AND she reduced my pain with trigger injections on my first visit which is more than I can say about other doctors in the past who just referred me to pain medication. From there, she clearly laid out a path toward healing and managed my expectations so they were realistic. Dr. Dunning has the best bedside manner, she actually cares about her patients and she has done things like play my favorite music during injections that I was nervous for. It is now March and this is the least amount of pain I have been in for an entire year and I am now able to begin PT again. Dr. Dunning saved my quality of life and I will always be grateful that I found her and continue to have her on my team.

Dr. Deng is nothing short of miraculous!!! I have had serious chronic lower back pain that wasn’t getting better after several different modalities including chiropractic, massage, heat/ice, OTC and prescription pain medications, and stretching. After my first acupuncture treatment with Dr. Deng, my pain significantly subsided and it continues to improve with additional appointments. I have scheduled an appointment for my ADHD son with Dr. Deng and his students and I expect it to also be a positive experience. The building/complex is beautiful and classy, and the vegan cafe offers delicious food. I would recommend Dr. Deng to anyone, anytime!!

Dr. Trahan is wonderful. I have had wrist pain for over a year (since my daughter was born). On a student rotation, she and a student did a prolotherapy injection on my wrist. About a month later I did a follow-up and received cold laser therapy. It has been 3 months since I got my injection, and I don't think about my wrist at all anymore. It is such a relief.

I went to the Neil Riordan Center and I was treated by Dr Dunning. She was an amazing doctor and the treatment she recommended for my pain was effective and she is very professional and attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend being seen by her. Seeing Dr. Truhan and her team has literally changed my life. For seven years I have had excruciating back pain anywhere from an 8-10 daily on the level of pain. With the first pain injection I walked out of their office at about a 1 level of pain. I will never go to another practice if I can help it. The kindest most caring group of ND’s I have ever met. I would recommend the Neil Riordan Center for Regenerative Medicine to anyone. I had an appointment on a student rotation which means I was seen by 3 student clinicians, a resident doctor, and Dr. Kwan. My care couldn't have been more thorough. I was fully assessed and then received a thorough treatment plan as well. I will be returning anytime I have any pain and need help healing.

I am beyond impressed with the smooth process of booking appointment, to thoroughness of the staff. Kind, professional, friendly. What I love most is that because this is a learning environment for the student, you learn a lot about what the root of issue could be, the steps they are taking and why they are taking them. After seeing 20+ doctors for ongoing, painful issues, it’s nice to have people who care about fixing the problem and educating you along the way.

I will start with I did not know Dr. Klee or his associates prior to him being referred to me by my holistic physician. The day started off on a pleasant Midsummer day in Phoenix, the weather was unusually cool that day, and I pulled into the parking lot to notice his office building was a step above most that I had visited in recent months, seeking a Cure for the pain I have been enduring for years. I was pleasantly surprised to be met with a greeter by the front door, who escorted me to the doctors office. The office staff asked how I would like to be addressed, and from there on out, everyone of them was polite, courteous, professional, thoughtful and did I mention educated, and spoke to me with great respect. Dr Klee reminds me of Gandhi. Of course I never met that man but I always assumed he was a soft spoken, articulate, intelligent, loving individual. Dr Klee is just that, and he took the time to answer all my questions which were many and took well over an hour, maybe two. I didn’t feel rushed once. It appeared to me that everybody in his office staff were highly trained individuals and wanted to be there. This was a cash out of pocket medical transaction procedure for me, so I did a lot of checking and background searches on all the individuals who were considering caring for me with the stem cell procedure I was going to have and to simply put ,I got the biggest bang for my buck with Dr. Klee‘s clinic, but never once did I feel like I was getting wholesale services for the competitive rate that was offered, it was just the opposite. When I think of dr Klee‘s staff, I think of teamwork and a well oiled machine, that took on a very personal touch. it’s been a month now since the procedure and I’m doing quite well. Dr Klee gave me his personal phone number and I probably use it one or two times more than I should have but he’s always pleasantly response to me, almost immediately as if I were a part of the family, and I do hope that if you’re reading this, you will take it to heart, because every word is sincere from mine ❤️

Big thanks to Dr. Trahan and the entire team at the NRC! Had a bone marrow aspiration procedure to aid in recovery after a significant traumatic accident skiing. Treated areas are recovering incredibly and feeling the positive benefits from only 2 weeks out! Highly recommend Dr. Trahan!
