This was the worst living experience I have ever had and it will stick with me for the rest of my life. Our building was absolutely INFESTED with thousands of cockroaches no matter how clean we kept it. I had to leave the apartment for pest control to spray tens of times and it never accomplished anything. It was completely unhygienic and unfit for humans to live there. Imagine the entire floor in your apartment covered in hundreds of living roaches every night right after it was cleaned and sprayed. They would crawl on everything on your dishes, your clothes, your toothbrush, your bed. You cannot sleep or live here humanely. I genuinely feel bad for any children that lived in the building. Now the office is trying to charge me thousands of dollars in fees after move out for things like replacing the dressers when I never even used the dresser once and are sending me threatening emails saying they're going to ruin my credit and ability to rent an apartment elsewhere. I am going to contact a lawyer about this. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about renting here that you go absolute anywhere else. I promise you whatever reason you have for wanting to stay here it's not worth it.

I did enjoy this apartment at first, but as time went on the apartment started to lose its value. The complex builds and designs each apartment to be made very cheap, so no matter how well you maintain your apartment during your lease, it will be damaged or dirty. The flooring is paper thin and the stovetop is a coil, so it will get dirty very easily and become hard to keep clean. Don't bother cleaning your apartment before you leave because they will still charge you for cleaning it, and if you have a couple of small dings on the cheap floor, they will charge you over 1000 to replace all of it. Don't bother thinking you will get your deposit back because this place will take all of your money and then some.

I lived here for just shy of 2 yrs and the only issue I had were delt with quickly. I never had an issue with bugs or loud craziness. My building was pretty quiet. Maintenance problems were handled promptly. I would live there again.

This apartment is not set up well for traveling professionals looking for a short term lease. It is not fully furnished and they take advantage of short-term renters. However, with that being said I’m sure it would be a fine place to be long term. Facilities are nice.

I love these apartments! No pests (!) which is a huge sigh of relief, and my move in experience was honestly pretty seemless. I was nervous about moving in because I've never had to move into apartments before, but Santana V and Stephanie L are awesome and helped me get settled in. I've been here since February and got an unfurnished 2x2. The apartment matched the model outside of our appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator) which are black. Maintenance responds to requests pretty quickly. Courtesy patrol helps me feel safe, and management takes concerns seriously. Living here is stress free. :)

I think this is one of the best apartments I have ever rented from. I have rented it multiple states and no one has been like the people at the Villagio. I plan to stay with them for a long time. A wonderful place to like 8 stars on a scale of 1 to 5

Moving into the Villagio apartments was a remarkably smooth and welcoming experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with a streamlined check-in process that had me unpacking within the hour. The apartment itself was imaculent, with modern appliances.

Just an update. This place is and always has been chill. Friendly neighbors with no drama (that I’ve been in or seen) in the community and it’s a family atmosphere. A lot of dogs and big dog park. No issue inside my unit been here 2 years. The grounds is well kept as well. I enjoy it here.
