The dental clinic is located in the heart of Berlin and easily accessible by public transport. Ambience - the clinic has a very warm and welcoming ambience and helps soothe nerves. Staff - The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are prompt in advice and help accommodate appointments. The staff is also very assistive and welcoming towards foreigners and Germans alike by being multi-lingual. The dentist - is very professional and friendly. In my visits, I have seen patients of all ages and they seem to be accommodating and considerate towards all factors and variables. She is also very professional and I highly appreciate her honest advice. She has a light hand and her treatment plans cater to specific issues. She treats you with empathy and transparent feedback. Equipment - as the dental practice is quite new, it is nicely equipped with all modern tools and necessary equipment to even undertake dental surgeries (extra tooth extraction in my case) Overall experience - my search for a multilingual (after trying a few others) has luckily culminated in me discovering FAMDENTAL praxis. Highly recommended.

I was years without going to the dentist and they treated me very well since the beginning, explaining very transparently what they had to do to me and why, how the process would look like, and what's covered by the Krankenkasse and what isn't. So far, I went through an endodoncy and a mouth cleaning, everything painless and with good results. I can only recommend them.

One of my retainers broke (because of a stupid peanut), and I was able to get an appointment for the next day, on a saturday! The staff was soo friendly and polite. The Ärztin who helped me was super, very professional and polite. They were kind enough to ask me if I wanted to speak in german or english (I always try my best to speak german, but sometimes medical terms are beyond my knowledge, so it's always comforting to know you can speak freely). I would totally recommend this Praxis!!

I am very glad to have found this dental practice. All the staff is super nice and caring, speaks English, German and Spanish which makes it easier to communicate. The doctor is super nice too, always takes the time to explain available options and what will be done. I was also in pain once and they managed to see me without appointment in order to remove a bad tooth. Highly recommended :)
