Just before Christmas. Waiting time 5 minutes (without an appointment), I was lucky, but I never actually had to wait long. Wash and cut €25. I think the price is on trend. Of course everyone wants cheaper, but bills and employees have to be paid somehow. Everyone was friendly, even if someone like me didn't like talking. I am satisfied and will continue to be a loyal customer.

The salon says "without an appointment" on the outside, so I assumed you couldn't make one either. However, as I noticed during the waiting period of over an hour, the hair was washed by a trainee (she still has to practice that, including dealing with customers...), I paid for a shoulder-length, not outstanding cut & go - women's cut 34€...

I've been a long-time customer, but that was my second to last time at Mchair. Next time you mix your hair color incorrectly like you did today, then it's over. Thank you very much for destroying the event and the atmosphere for me.

I think the service in this salon is very good. All the hairdressers are super nice, helpful and competent (!!!). I have been coming here for many years.

I'm horrified that my granddaughter (13) was charged 48 euros for washing and cutting ends without blow-drying, in words: forty-eight!!! was removed. When I asked, it was explained to me that long hair requires more water and effort when combing through. Rip off!

Overall, the team is very friendly, pays attention to customer needs and always delivers a good service. Will probably remain a customer for a long time.
