One unfriendly staff.. And don't understand why they change the driver profile of my car( playing with the settings)

After 8 years of being clients today we decided to not bring our business back to A.T.U. As always... customer service is terrible and unfriendly.

Unfriendly Robots working- They are incapable to find the simplest part even when you come with the defect part! There are much better and friendlier businesses who can help much better.

The service is ok -nothing they wouldn't do in another garage service- but the staff is so RUDE! so so unbelievable rude. We went there with my German bf so wasn't about the language was just they were extremely rude and bitter. DONT RECOMMEND IT!

One can counter ATU's general reputation here as a good workshop. You get help really quickly. Competent and technically correct is added. The staff seems committed and you can even see how they work, in contrast to some other Chicki Micki workshops that are tied to specific car brands. Free of these ties to specific brands, the concept seems to work. Appointments were always made quickly and everything was kept on schedule. But you should do it on site. The hotline over the telephone is not helpful. What more could you want otherwise. I find this simultaneous business transaction at a counter selling parts and accessories somewhat disturbing. Parking is tight but works. All in all, totally ok.

I was there on December 18th, 2023 to pick up 2 winter tires for my car as these tires would otherwise only be available after a long wait until the new year. The shop was lit a little too darkly for my standards. But there was a wide range of products on offer and I also took car care products with me. By the way, the tires were also some of the cheapest there at the time. With Euromaster etc. I would have paid €40 more per tire.

The service is generally good, but so far as always taken significantly longer than the appointment was booked for (e.g. 1 hr oil change took 1.5 hrs)

Perfect service

Changed my oil here, friendly people and very fast service, in 20 minutes I could drive out again. I don't understand the other reviews here, maybe it's because ATU motivates you to book appointment online (as I did). As far as I see, this shop/garage contains everything you need and I was treated with respect, and a clear explanation on things to look out for on my car. Overall experience is top and I would come here again without a doubt.

We got advice here today on the subject of roof boxes. The service was great, very friendly, competent advice. We were able to completely equip our car and were also given great support and advice during the installation. Thank you very much, keep it up.

I have not taken there any service but on fone they are very rude. One lady if she has to repeat then she gets rude. Please get someone on phone who can speak English and can be polite as well. Therefore after heated discussion on fone, i have not decided to get my car inspection from them. I don't want to pay to get insulated.

Together with an employee, new tires were selected and ordered based on the information in the vehicle registration document. During installation I was told that they didn't fit because the information in the vehicle registration document was only the smallest possible tire size and I ordered different ones. If I knew about it, I wouldn't go to the workshop. Then I had to take the Michelin tires, which cost around €200, because they were the only ones available. Very unfortunate for me as a customer! Trz 2 stars because the staff were friendly and everything else was fine

I needed a umweltzone (green zone) sticker for the car which is registered in other EU country. They try to force you to do TUV on the car before selling the green sticker. This practice is illegal. They try to scam you on additional costs for no LEGAL reason. I will report them to the authorities for attempt of fraud.

Phone service is a disaster. When you reach someone, they are very unfriendly and unfortunately the prices on the phone had nothing to do with reality. On site, how you are treated depends very much on the employee. I had very nice employees, but also very unfriendly ones.

Very professional from acceptance to processing to return.

From making an appointment at the store to picking up the vehicle, everything went perfectly. Maintenance was due on my city SUV. Friendly staff, conscientious work, and a fair price. Plus a mobility guarantee. What more do you want?

Booked an appointment online, arrived on site at 7:30 a.m., everything organized for the day without a car, confirmation of the appointment included…….only to have to explain to me in a bad mood that the online appointment wasn’t in the system and parts of it weren’t there either. The order confirmation number was also not used to check/check. Well, then not.

Called them about many issues, every time the answer was "take it to Volkswagen or Audi workshop", came in for an indicator light fix during the opening hours, they refused to take in the vehicle. As useless as it gets.

I can only agree with the other reviews. If you ask for Motul motor oil in the shop and look at questioning faces and receive a dismissive answer, it is not only horribly embarrassing but also unqualified. I would never leave my car here! A company stands or falls with its employees

Arrogant service from above. Salaries are probably falling from heaven. Customers probably don't need them. In addition, customer data is freely accessible to strangers when employees are away. This branch is NOT recommended.

Top service! The plan was actually to only get 4 new tires, but since the battery died at short notice, we pulled out all the stops to get a suitable new battery and change it as quickly as possible. I was also very pleased that the TÜV inspection was also carried out, as the system for this had failed in another workshop. Communication from the workshop also worked great! Many thanks to the employees of this workshop! I'd love to come back. 👍

Was in this ATU branch for the first time today for a smart repair. In my opinion, the responsible employee gave me comprehensive and competent advice.

Professional and patient, but they have the worst customer care i ve ever met.

Friendly staff (German speaking) and fast service.

Changing tires took from 12:45 p.m. to 4 p.m. In other workshops it takes 20 minutes. When I picked up my car the brakes were supposedly defective, it doesn't work at all, I just had the TÜV and inspection done by the manufacturer. Suddenly everything was ok. As usual, the on-board computer didn't switch to winter tires, even though I paid for them, but they've never been able to do that. 3 employees sat or stood at the sales desk, only one served. All employees are friendly when you are served

Unfassbar schlechter Service. Schon das zweite Mal, dass nur versucht wird Extrageld zu machen. Hatte einen Termin zum Radwechseln und Einlagerung. Dann lässt man mich eine Stunde da vor Ort rumsitzen um mir dann zu sagen es wären die falschen Schrauben für die Felgen. Man könnte mir aber für 65€ neue Schrauben anbieten. Mit meinen Schrauben werden die Räder nicht gewechselt. Schlechter Kundenservice und schlechte Beratung. Einfach überteuert und reine Geldmacherrei.

Not ripening well is wrong

I've been to this branch before and wasn't impressed at all. My antenna was broken off by a mechanic and he wanted to make me pay for it. It was clarified but the way it was done was outrageous. Now I've been back there after 10 years for a TÜV inspection and tire change and I can only report positive things. The employees were super nice and friendly and I was able to pick up my car exactly on schedule. I'd love to come back. 😊
