Decent cooked food, great fries, burgers are a bit on the dry side though. On a weekend it's one if the better options for a place that isn't necessarily overcrowded. It's faster to get through inside than in the drive thru.

You usually when you go to a Jamaican restaurant the service is sometimes bad and the person behind the counter is not very pleasant. NOT this one, i was extremely impressed and service was fast too!! I went there at least 4times during my visit.

Totally enjoyed my meal even though the service was slow.

It is rare you meet an very professional and delightful rep at a fast food place, Shaneeka, the drive thru cashier at Red Hill Mall Island Grill, was exceptional. Great job, made an ordinary bite good to see someone take pride in her work.

This got to be the absolute worst place that sells Jamaican food with the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE , I seriously think the staff needs to aent on lots of retreat and customer service training. I won't be buying there anymore sorry

The sorrel limeade tastes bad. Not a good mix at all. Food is good as always. Service was quick

Good location to grab a quick meal but omg, customer service can be a mess. It's like by the time I get there, the cashiers are tired and want to go home. Tired of the poor customer service!

Love the food there. Don't go too late or they may run out of chicken.

Overall this is a good place to eat, the only challenge I have & wouod love to see change is the neat they use in the soup, it has this precooked taste which is not all the time pleasant, for me the soup would be so much improved.

Okay fast food joint in Kingston. Limited choices but the quality of the food is pretty decent. In a sense, You may want to consider this your caribbean Macdonalds. Quick, simple no frills food with the island flavors.

OK so I have been going to this branch for years. To tell the truth the food as deteriorated in taste......sometimes it seem like they stay far and throw the food in the boxes or the vegetables were just washed and stirred in the pot and boxed....I miss the days of intricate servings of meals....

The service at this location is usually quite prompt and the staff are very friendly .The food wasn't bad, could have been a bit better, wasn't Island Grill standard.

Went there the other morning as they open and order a chicken sandwich and it was cold for thr first serving of the morning... that's ridiculous..even waited half hour before I got something cold... don't see the sense in that.

Reliable Jamaican food only wish they were open 24hrs. Not much of an atmosphere but its clean n safe. Service not bad at all.

Sandwich was so cold and the bread hard, plus minute amounts of chicken in sandwitch. Waste of money. Red Hills Road do better

The company should hire me to teach a basic customer service class, especially to the order takers in the drive thru and counter

Food is always good when you want something quick. Only place offering whole wheat bread.

Food was good had to wait a little too long for it because somehow the food took long to be shared due to the workers conversing with each other and when my order was finally ready the person serving it to me spilled everything on the ground because they didn't drain the water off the sweet corn properly so it made the bag wet and fragile.

Separate from the employees being super customer friendly, I have issues with the soup. Most times they are either out or there is no food in it. Jamaicans do not like their soup without food. Can you imagine, just water. That's a no and no no.

Customer service was great, you don't wait long and the meal was Delicious.

The food is good, and the portion could be more for the price across locations.

Sometimes slow based on your order but you don't have to double check your order when leaving the drive Tru.

Good service, food and beverages. To get a proper meal is a bit pricey if your not really financially stable. And yes! If you're on a diet they have the meal for you.

Island Grill fries are the best seasoned fries..they are delicious.

Fries are always good festivals were soft and good. Rest of the food was okay. Service great. The security was very professional.

Fast efficient service first of all. Wait time was quite short (not sure it's due to the time of day I went, it was about 6pm) the food was really good compared to some of the other outlets. The quantity shocked me, was the right proportion and sum for my money. Festival was well prepared and my veggie stew done just right. Great experience, great Taste!!

Jamaican cuisine from a fast food restaurant is a very good idea. Commendable. Soup and festivals and chicken and rice are all enjoyable. Juice variety is good

I have seen vast improvement in customer service. Hope they keep it up.

It's over two or three years ago I haven't, been there. Then I went there last week Saturday and food eat good the same to me.

Good food, its become more expensive now because of the general local economy, by no means their fault. Some portions have decreased but the taste has been consistent in my opinion. Drive-thru can be a bit slow especially in rush hour.

Chantal is one of the best servers/cashier at Red Hills Road. The food portion makes no sense unless your getting half chicken and most times the order is messed up. They need to move quicker with the drive through and give persons what they order and not what they feel like

If u are either a meat lover or a Vegi lover, there is something on the menu for u when u are in a hurry, Island Grill is located throughout the Major parts of the islands and even in Norman Manley airport in Kingston , maybe Montego Bay also, havemt been there, and Barbados Grantley Adams Airport. Oh and the Food is delicious 🙂, did i mention tht part.

Never disappointed with the quality and cost of food. Excellent host on mic taking orders (very professional and service oriented) she offered many other selections outside of what we ordered. Loved her customer service.

Customer service always disappoints especially if I ask the worker to repeat my order to see if they good everything. The drive thru line is very long and takes a while to move. When driving around to the cashier the drive thru lane is very narrow, so if you're driving a bigger vehicle prepare to ride the side just a bit. The food isn't bad, to date I don't have a complaint of the food tasting way off.

Almost wrecked my car going around that curb but the food was good. Island Grill has the best seasoned fries hands down.

Went for dinner after 9pm. We were able to get what we wanted. The staff was courteous and the store was clean. And it wasn't crowded when we went.

Good quality food, customer service needs work and also the wait time to receive meals is too long.

Haven't visited an Island grill in years so i decided to stop, went thru the drive-thru, service was quick, food not as good as it use to be, soup has no taste, the chicken was dry, oh well, I guess I'll try in another few years.

My experience was trash, i had wait like 25 mins or more for one meal, each time they serve someone they had to re-fry more festivals kept running out and the store wasn't even packed. They need more training on how to prepare food prior to closing time, and not worrying about over cooking food that will not sell. Cross roads location.
