The management at this community aims to please and the maintenance staff is top tier. You constantly see the grounds being landscaped. Any maintenance requests are done immediately and properly. And there is security living in the building. We love it here.

Brandon has been the best person ever! From the moment we took interest, to deciding if we were going to move there and take a tour, to our hundreds of questions, and even having to move our move-in date, Brandon has been amazing. He has answered all our questions, has given us an amazing tour, and has been so positive and helpful overall. The apartments look amazing and have amazing amenities and are well maintained.

Place is gorgeous, we come in and the staff especially Keenan and Janice, (sorry if spelling is wrong) were wonderful and extremely accommodating, maintenance is top tier, creative, innovative and good quality!!! When we have misunderstandings it’s quickly and easily fixed and it has a wonder atmosphere to motivate me and my roomies!!! Wishing clubhouse and pool hours were longer but that’s literally the only gripe about the place.. thank you to Janice and her lovey staff for building a wonderful home environment !!!!

Recently moved and I couldn’t be happier!! Brandon was attentive and beyond helpful; he answered all of our questions and provided superb customer service. If you’re looking for a luxurious apartment, I couldn’t recommend Waverly Terrace enough!!

my time at Waverly Terrace was one I will never forget. Not only was Brandon and the entire management staff very nice to me and my wife and roommate throughout the year that we lived there but they also were quick to help with any maintenance requests and overall concerns I had. The community is beautiful close to lots of convenient shops, and has a beautiful pool and hot tub. The rooms are modern, spacious, and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to move to the temple terrace area. if not for job opportunity, I would not have moved from this apartment complex. It was without a doubt the best I have lived at thus far. Thank you waverly for the memories.

Since the beginning of the move-in Janice Keenan and Brandon have been extremely helpful and accommodating! We love them and makes it feel good to be here and heard unlike some other places I’ve lived! Really love how much they love animals! The community is great and the best part is the pool yard. I find myself there relaxing when I can more often then not!

My wife and I agree 100% when I say We have the most amazing view, an incredible pool area along with a jacuzzi and a fire pit.. this complex has the most helpful maintenance men and office people. The security is impeccable always on time and very useful. We love Waverly Terrance it’s a place we call home

My family and I have been here since December and we love it. More importantly we love the staff. They our so kind, professional, and willing to help with whatever. Our favorite part about the complex is the pool area. It has a resort style feel and it definitely gives luxury & the gym is really nice.

I have lived in these apartments since January 2023 and I must say it’s the most comfortable and safest place live in temple terrace. The Management team is amazing and if you have an issue in your apartment the maintenance team deals with issue asap. My most favorite feature about Waverly is our gym and pool area TOP TIER!

It is a great place to live, beside the awesome amenities - resort style pool, gym and club house - it is located in a great area, 2 major grocery stores, and a bunch of other restaurants that are walking distance. Prices are according the current standards, and the Management Team are always there to help you. Definitely recommend it.
