Unprofessional service. As a previous business owner, quality service is paramount. I gave the salesman my budget for a gift, he laughed and told me there’s nothing in the store he can offer me… nonetheless I found a simple pendant that I was looking for. After payment I asked him to retrieve a box more suitable for the size of the pendant. He tossed two large boxes out on the counter and told me that’s all he has. When I asked when they would get smaller boxes in, he simply ignored me and welcomed the next customer. What really put me off is the nature of his arrogance. He could barely speak a lick of English and insisted that there was nothing appropriately sized to package my purchase. Finally, his coworker instructed him to grab a pouch from the drawer. No apologies for his ignorance. I failed to mention that I’m a dentist, revered for my expertise in the field as well as the quality of care and respect I offer my patients. I kept my cool because I’m not one to waive my credentials to undeserving people, but this is a great opportunity to educate your ‘privileged immigrant staff’ to humble themselves. Don’t judge a book by its cover. I won’t be back. (I found the perfect size box)

Will never recommend this place. Got a ring resized and got it back completely ruined, scratch marks, indented, uneven metal. And when we went back to show them the horrible work, they instead shouted back at us and being completely rude. STAY AWAY

I called over the weekend to inquire about a jewelry repair performed while I wait, and they told me they were busy but that I could come by during the week. I showed up on a weekday and he told me they were too busy to repair while I wait, despite there being no customers in the store. I have had this necklace repaired before and it took ten minutes, so I'm not sure why he needed 7 hours to do it.

We went there from orlando which is about 2 hours drive. The guy was so knowledgeable and knew what we were looking for. They had a great variety of things and amazing choices.

I came to get my necklace fixed and it got fixed in a timely manner the workers are all very friendly. Edit: It broke very easily the next day when I was simply pulling my hair out from underneath it, I wasn’t warned that it could be weaker after it was fixed so I am very disappointed in that, if that was a possibility they should have told me. I ended up getting a replacement chain for the necklace rather get it repaired a second time. I am sure they would have repaired it again or offered me a refund if I brought it back in but the day I went back they were closed so I was over it. I just would’ve liked to be told that it could have been more fragile after being fixed. It was unfortunate they asked me to write a 5 start review at pickup for $5 off then having it break the next day.

Came in with a broken bracelet, the younger gentleman who “helped us” just kept telling me that it can’t be fixed because they only sell gold and the bracelet I had was too destroyed. I asked if I can pop the stones off and put it in a gold bracelet then, and he still said no and rushed me because another customer had walked in. Meh. I won’t be back even for non repair related stuff.
