Waited an hour to be started on even though I made an appointment , my nails came out horrible , clunky and my pinky nail was bleeding. I asked for a discount and I was instantly given a attitude when I asked for the manager he was extremely rude and only offered me $5 off. I refused to pay $45 for these very ugly nails that look nothing like the picture I showed him. He refused to go any lower and threatened to call the police on me so I left without paying. One of the employees chased me outside and took pictures of the car I left in. She proceeded to send me confidential information and threaten me over text until I came back to pay. The police were contacted.

I went in two days ago and got a fill. Thursday night my thumb nail completely popped off luckily not damaging my own nail.. I went in this morning at 10:15 am they were open at ten the older white receptionist asked me how I could be helped I explained that I needed a repair to the one nail she then asked me who my tech was I said Henry she then said “well I’m the only person here so I have no idea when everyone else is coming in so you can leave your number and we can call you when Henry arrives” I said uhm when is everyone expected to arrive as I was more than happy to wait to not look like a fool and she replied that she wasn’t sure if everyone was coming in later (then why even be open if absolutely no techs) I then asked if it mattered who fixed it which she replied ONLY Henry was able to fix it since he did my nails… really it’s a simple fix but okay when is he due in her reply “like I said I don’t know we can call you I’m not even sure if he is coming in today” I said can you call him and verify if he is coming in her flat “no” was all I needed she treated me like I was wasting her time when I’ve been coming religiously there every two weeks for fills and sets and pedicures for six months now. Michael his wife and the other staff have never been as rude as this front desk woman and her demeanor is the reason I’ve found home at a new salon. Michael fire the old woman who opened for you today or you’re going to lose loyal customers time and time again.

The gentleman was very nice, careful, and detailed. Very pleased for trying a new place on a whim for some simple dip nails!! Next time I will also get a drink. :)

I have gone here multiple times and always had an absolute great experience! They have always done exactly what I've asked and even gave me suggestions to help enhance what I have asked for. This time I went in to get my nails and toes done for my wedding and could not be happier! They are beautiful they are amazing they're absolutely wonderful and I am extremely happy! This staff is very knowledgeable very courteous very kind! Always ask you if you would like something to drink, they serve wine soda water and sometimes they have beer. It's very relaxing it's very comforting it's just a great place to go if you need your nails done or just a place to relax!

Michael did a wonderful job on my nails. Miss my Tracy girl though. I'll be back every 2 weeks. Thank you for doing a great job

Henry did such an amazing job on my nails. I liked the atmosphere. I wasn't offered a drink, I didn't even know they had that but I will ask next time. Maybe I didn't hear him ask. I absolutely love when I don't have to touch upy own nails. He did a really great job.

I've been here before, but a long time ago. It's a clean facility and they are friendly. The gentleman that did my nails was named Michael. He took care not to cut my cuticles while using the drill. Also his English was decent which is a plus since you want to make sure the tech understands what you're requesting. I'll definitely come back. I always get glitter tips. He did a good job.

Awful pedicure! All of my toes are different lengths and shapes. I told her repeatedly they needed to be cut and squared off. I'm not sure if she didn't understand what I was telling her or she didn't know how to cut and shape them. The color I wanted was gummy, so she picked a different color. It was not even close to what I wanted. It definitely wasn't worth what I was charged. Lesson learned, will not use again!

Waited over 30 minutes to be pulled back then sat for 10 minutes in pedicure chair without service. If you’re extra patient this is the place for you, if not I don’t recommend!
