I
went
in
two
days
ago
and
got
a
fill.
Thursday
night
my
thumb
nail
completely
popped
off
luckily
not
damaging
my
own
nail..
I
went
in
this
morning
at
10:15
am
they
were
open
at
ten
the
older
white
receptionist
asked
me
how
I
could
be
helped
I
explained
that
I
needed
a
repair
to
the
one
nail
she
then
asked
me
who
my
tech
was
I
said
Henry
she
then
said
“well
I’m
the
only
person
here
so
I
have
no
idea
when
everyone
else
is
coming
in
so
you
can
leave
your
number
and
we
can
call
you
when
Henry
arrives”
I
said
uhm
when
is
everyone
expected
to
arrive
as
I
was
more
than
happy
to
wait
to
not
look
like
a
fool
and
she
replied
that
she
wasn’t
sure
if
everyone
was
coming
in
later
(then
why
even
be
open
if
absolutely
no
techs)
I
then
asked
if
it
mattered
who
fixed
it
which
she
replied
ONLY
Henry
was
able
to
fix
it
since
he
did
my
nails…
really
it’s
a
simple
fix
but
okay
when
is
he
due
in
her
reply
“like
I
said
I
don’t
know
we
can
call
you
I’m
not
even
sure
if
he
is
coming
in
today”
I
said
can
you
call
him
and
verify
if
he
is
coming
in
her
flat
“no”
was
all
I
needed
she
treated
me
like
I
was
wasting
her
time
when
I’ve
been
coming
religiously
there
every
two
weeks
for
fills
and
sets
and
pedicures
for
six
months
now.
Michael
his
wife
and
the
other
staff
have
never
been
as
rude
as
this
front
desk
woman
and
her
demeanor
is
the
reason
I’ve
found
home
at
a
new
salon.
Michael
fire
the
old
woman
who
opened
for
you
today
or
you’re
going
to
lose
loyal
customers
time
and
time
again.
