There are no words to describe the service I received from Nikole today! First, I arrived a month early for my appointment, because I didn’t pay attention to my appointment date. Nikole, instead of turning me away, made it work even though she had appointments already. I am very picky about my hair, and have not been to my regular stylist of 10 years since Covid. I recently found out she retired and started looking for a new stylist. Enter Nikole, who I told all of this too, but she assured me I would be happy! I was beyond happy! It looked amazing and I felt absolutely beautiful! Nikole listened to my needs, she was professional, and I felt as if I’ve known her forever! We ended my visit with a next appointment and I had to hug her. If you’re looking for your new stylist, stop…you’ve found her! I promise you will leave feeling amazing! Xoxo

Very disappointed and will not return. I spent $240 for a cut and color. It's been 6 weeks and my hair is finally starting to come back to life from several gloss and oil treatments. It was completely and utterly fried to a crisp. I have been getting my hair done for over 30 years at salons. 1st thing is I've never been charged this much and 2nd thing, my hair has never been left in such poor shape. #disappointedintexas Added response: I've never colored my hair from home and only use a wash in gloss so there was no need for removal of color. I think was the issue.

Image Hair Studio was very clean and inviting. Nikole was very professional when I went in for a 30 minute sauna session. She explained everything thoroughly since it was my first time and I really enjoyed the experience! It was very relaxing and left my skin glowing. I'll definitely be going back soon!!!
