Many small businesses in this small mall. At one end are several Baylor Scott and White treatment centers. This is very busy place.

Well I was told when I walked in at dollar general yesterday that they didn't need my business. Shocked , I didn't recall having any issue at all ever brought up to me. But I remembered the womans looks I kept getting one day, as she speaks and said I yelled at an employee . . I did not yell at an employee . But I do recall expressing to a young man at the door how difficult it was to get in with a basket and hold the door open while he was standing in front of it , saw me and turned back to this woman to wait for her next instruction, moving boxes or something. . There was no altercation, he was a bit of a smarty pants and mentioned that I saw he was doing "something" . I just snickered and kept going in disbelief. I usually spend over a hundred dollars everytime I walk in, I don't go that often, I like to stock up. So I am now remembering that he had no customers and said I need to use the self service line.. I was like this is gonna take me forever but I figured ok whatever. I mean I thought it was strange since it was closing time, he just followed this lady around doing whatever she said. Until someone would get behind me, then he would rung the up. So I was in a very good mood actually and I didn't let it bother me I was in no hurry, and then I even brought the basket back and Inside , since I saw he brought all the baskets Inside already. And he was right Inside and I left it for him and told him exactly that. I just wanted him to know we are all full of things to do but we have to stop and recognize when others need our help too. , I didn't say that but hoped this would get his attention if someone else could use his assistance , and was struggling , while he is right there watching. . the lady apparently encouraged his "customer no service " confusion and Contunued to look at me crazy , I wasn't sure. I just remained pleasant.. Now I walk in and immediately this woman tells me to leave. I am in disbelief and when she said her boss told her to telle to leave I asked if I could speak to her. She said she's on vacation. So I said ok .. um not sure what you told her but I didn't tell at anyone . Hater.... Is what she is apparently. So I went to big lots . Spent like 140 or so. Forgot how cool that store is and all the different kind of foods.. so DG on 57th .... Your employees are running your customers off so they don't have to hear a customer tell them how difficult it was getting into the door while he was standing in front of it, without his help opening the door. .. I hope they see this be cause straight up , they don't need my business is what that woman with blue eyebrows told me . Ambushing me at the door. Several times, while I asked her to tell me what she is talking about. I had to think back myself on my last trip after I left because I was so shocked. I knew darn well I didn't tell at anyone.

It's funny because how do you rate a mall when a mall consists of all parts and if you only go to one place how do you rate the whole Mall. Based off my experience the only place I've gone to is the plasma place next door to Harbor Freight Tools and my experience there has not been great because of the incompetence. Also I have issues with policy that have nothing to do with the people there and they're incompetence.

I don't get to visit as often as I'd like to, but when I need something, I can find it here. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

If I said something bad about this place for 1 thing it wouldn't be true . And 2 it would probably start a riot. The employees are very informative. Highly recommend

The lady in there is pretty rude. Gave her my phone number for my account and she said it did not exist. I informed her that I don't have that problem in the killeen store. "All of our systems are the same, if it's not here it won't be there I guarantee that!" A week later I go to the killeen store and what do you know, my phone number pulls up.

My husband had a partial amputation by Dr. Browning and after 3 1/2 weeks it's healing great. Dr. Browning at Scott and White podiatry is awesome. So is the rest of the staff.
