BAD EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF I WANT POPCORN MINI PACKET BUT IT'S NOT THERE THEN I TAKE ₹10 GOOD DAY BISCUIT PACKET, TAKEN BILL AND COME OUT TO STAMP IT AT THAT TIME STAFF MEMBERS CAME AND CHECK ME AND MY FRD AFTER HE ASKING TO ANOTHER STAFF MEMBERS WHAT THESE ARE TAKEN AND STAFF SAY THEY TAKEN COSTLY CHOCOLATE BUT ACTUALLY WE DID NOT TAKE AND CHECK STAFF ALSO COULD NOT FOUND IN OUR PHANTS AND THEY DIDN'T ALSO SAY SORRY AND MOVE TO THE INDOOR OF MART . ME AND MY FRD VERY UPSET😞 BECAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT Tomorrow I have 1.1 sem exam i did not concentrate on it because of this incident This incident could not remove in my brain Every time when I see "Ushodaya" Mart I remembered this incident

Not good but compared with our local (Purna stores & vardhan) shop there is no discount on product. They are simply manipulating the peoples as given 5.4% discount. Means evey customer have to know how to calculate the percentage. Where as remaining Shop, evening Metro and best price are directly puts they discount price, and one bad experience happened to me one I visited to buy pediasure to my baby it shows as 5.4% discount at billing counter I ask what is the bill they said it is MRP. What about discount i asked them, that billing person told that this is new stock, so it is MRP. so i request you kindly put proper price tag of discount etc. On your product. And encourage local shops they are giving discount up to 6%.

Irregular maintained store with offer signs.. staff r not providing any help regarding some products. The person incharge isn't helping their staff inconsistencies

Good to have Ushodaya in Tenali. I am from Hyderabad and know Ushodaya since inception. I have visited my sisters home in Tenali and visited Ushodaya here on a work. Theme is same as it is in Hyderabad. Thumbs up 👍 for Ushodaya.
