Arrived on Sunday to find the restaurant not open until Monday night. No microwave in the room to heat a bought dinner. No cutlery apart from teaspoons, no plates. No sink to wash coffee cups and tea towel only. Dated fittings in the bathroom with rust. Not particularly clean. Motel in need of upgrading for a Best Western. Mattress was comfortable though.

What an amazing stay… Check in was greeted with smiles, absolutely Great service.. Room was immaculate, even a washing machine and dryer. Was fortunate also to have a spa bath.. Great vibes! Thank you and see you again.. ☺️ Perfect! absolutely perfect

👎 The whole idea of a motel is easy parking in front of your room. Parking was inadequate and very confusingly marked. We couldn’t park in front of our room because someone had already parked there! 👍 The room was clean and comfortable and the motel was located centrally, close to shops and cafes.

Simple and basic but clean rooms, However the smell of disinfectant was a bit overpowering when entering. Next to highway but not that much noise during the night. Breakfast service included.

The facilities are excellent and the room was great with a very comfortable bed. A very minor problem with something but the moment that it was bought to the staff's attention, it was immediately resolved. I couldn't have asked for more! Will definitely stay there again! Thank you.

Nice room, pretty dated, but not overpriced. Shame restaurant wasn't open for my stay, but was then given an opportunity to discover quaint downtown Tenterfield and a lovely meal at the Commerical Hotel.

While the rooms were clean, the bed was uncomfortable and there was a bit of highway noise. This could have just been the room I was in so potentially there are quieter rooms towards the back.

Clean and comfortable. Wifi included. Restaurant on site with room service breakfast if required. Hair dryer, iron, kettle and microwave in room. Cheers

Immaculate room. Was clean, tidy, fresh. I ordered room service and the meal was delicious. The new chef is amazing. I’ll keep coming back here when I work in town.

The pet friendly unit was amazing, and opened on to a private courtyard filled with shrubs & trees where the pooch could wander & widdle. Very clean, comfortable unit and great price, even with the pet add-on cost.

This exceptional place.. the rooms are quiet and clean. Nothing is too much trouble. I stayed here as part of a Rural Fire Service Strike team from Coffs Harbour. To help out with local fires. The food… oh my, so very flavourful and exceptionally great quality.. I plan on coming in my personal time. Thank you!

Stayed 4 nights on a RFS deployment. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Coffee etc in the room. The meals prepared, breakfast and dinner were superb. Friendly, smiley staff. A special thanks to Joe in the restaurant.

stayed here for 4 nights rooms clean bed comfortable parking alright but tight plenty of room and the restaurant was fantastic the chef is very helpfull and his sugestions for meals were fantastic this guy takes pride in his work meals spot on has to be a 5 star chef great proportions of food cooked to perfection definilety come back if only for the food no complaints their well done chef
