The place is pricy for what you get. Really dirty and it doesn't look anything like the photos!!!! We understand the swimming pool can be cold during winter time but definitely it is unacceptable to not have hot water to shower. Another thing is that the staff wasn't so nice when dealing with the hot water issue! Not coming back for sure!

The hotel is fine, nothing special, the problem is the price. Is not worth what they sell for the night. The restaurant has good food. The pool doesn't have heating, the water is very cold in Autumn.

Amazing place with great food and hospitality. We love Doñ Francisco and the staff. We always get treated like a family. Kids friendly with 2 pools and beautiful views.

Room not so perfect but people working there are very nice and hospitable. Nice for tourists cause it looks very Mexican :)
