Decent rooms, clean pools, beautiful beach. The restaurant was a bit under stocked because of the off season, but the cooking was A+! PHP8,000 for a six person suite (2 rooms & 2 CR with showers) . Outdoor showers as well to get the sand off before getting in the pool etc. Fantastic common area, beautiful well kept landscapes with Tamarind, coconut, banana, & more.

Absolutely beautiful course with amazing views of the ocean. Very challenging course. The front nine is up in the hills/forest and most of back nine runs along the coast. 5k included green fee, cart, caddy, breakfast, snack and 4 bottles of water. There is no clubhouse at the moment but they have plans to construct one.

This review is dated Nov2 2021. Far cry from its heyday decades ago. Puerto Azul is Made up of 4 beaches and several structures. Most of the place including the hotel and the clubhouse has been abandoned and is now in ruins. Caysubic was once a beautiful resort was also in disarray but has been improved of late by a Korean group. Aimed at the foreign tourist the golf course has been meticulously revived. As a result even though the cottages have not been improved rental prices are up and now you cant get in without a reservation. Paniman Beach cove is the beach beside Caysubic. Admission fee is 300 daytour only. For a time everything including the cottages and the shower and toilet area was dilapidated. The shower areas were dirty and smelled with unflushed toilets. Water was inadequate. You'll have to bring your own food. Puerto Azul the beach and clubhouse was supposed to have undergone renovation but up to now has remain closed. The hundred or so golf carts are no longer there and the golf course has not been revived. The pier has collapsed.

We came here for breakfast, we had the best beef tapa i've ever ate. At first glance you'll think there's no restaurant but they are in a middle of renovation so it's al fresco dining for today & the view is great.

It is way cleaner than the last time I was there. And far less people too. Very serene. Very good value for money. Very accessible from Makati will definitely go back.

We were able to visit this development last Wednesday, June 9 as part of our site orientation activity. The golf course which has been converted into "championship" is panoramic and breezy. The clubhouse will be "retouched" to create more spaces to accommodate more bonding activities for families who would want to create memories days and nights beside the beach. #PrivilegeAccessPlayingRights are able. Later on this year, #CasaDelMar Beach Club shares will be offered.

Its a good place if you want to relax or rest in a quiet place. The beach is not so good to swim, grey sand and there are some jellyfish around but they have swimming pool. Most guests are korean golf players so during daytime, there are not much people around. If you are planning to stay overnight, expect acoustic band or live band usually on weekends. Foods are usually korean foods, other options might be pricey.

They are open from 7am to 4pm. Road from the mainroad to the resort is very stiff. Be careful on the road, from the gate to the resort distance is with an estimate of 7km.

You can never see a golf course like this beside the sea as we all know Cavite is known for its world class golf course there is more than 18 golf course here in Cavite I don’t know there’s even one beside the ocean haha it just like if you don’t be careful the golf will go to the ocean and there is no way to retrieve it any more it’s located in a private village area it’s a mountain and in front of the beach what a nice place

The course is now named the Zamora Championship Course at Puerto Azul. A true championship course, it is a spectacular golf property with holes that wind through virgin rain forest and others that bring the Cavite coastline into play. Easily one of the most stunning golf courses in the Philippines.
