Very rude staffs, specially the security. They didnt treat us nicely and politely, walang customer service, pabalang sumagot and they act like they own the place. Not accomodating, even though we are just a guest, parang di guest turing samin kundi stranger lang. The place is not maintained, the club house has lot of damage, specially the wooden walkway, the pool is dirty and doesnt have water, yung kids pool lang yung pwede magamit. Facilities are neglected, beach doesnt have cottage, and very small, not pet friendly. Food is not delicious and very expensive. Not recommended

I share my review based on our experience in May 14-15 2005. We had a blast in this place and it deserved 5-stars. The room we had in our apartel was clean and rest room complete with toiletries. We brought home some as souvenirs. I remember the open restaurant served good food but quite pricey. It was packed with people that time. The beach is small and a little rocky though, but the place is beautiful. It has gazebo on the beach we took some pictures. The swiming pool was clean. At night we drove a little on a boat docking area and the bar in that area was still open at midnight with a live band playing even with just few customers drinking their beer, chilling out. The next day we were lucky there were beauty pagents that had an event. Its a hayday back then, I just wonder how's the place doing these days in this time of pandemic.

Beautiful location but also felt "creepy" as other reviews have mentioned. Energy felt heavy and dark in the rooms and in the water! Might have been tragedies taken place there in the past.

Feb 2022 visit. The beach is okay but the water is somewhat cloudy. The restroom at the restaurant is old but clean. The shower room in the restaurant is old and very dirty. The food is not that good but the staff are very accommodating. The swimming pool is restricted.

This is what a getaway is all about. With views of both sea and mountains, you wouldn't think this place is less than 2 hours drive from Manila (take Cavitex, trust me). There is an exclusive beachfront and you'll be spoiled for choice between the villa plunge pool and big pool beside El Patio. Food is great, price just similar to Manila restos. And a bonus for those wanting to disconnect, there is almost no reception on one mobile network (S****). Almost forgot the safari feel, because there will be monkeys roaming around the property. Don't forget unwind at the big pool, watching the sunset while waiting for your dinner at El Patio. You'll feel like a million.

My Auntie said, in the past 30 years this Island and beach is beautiful. First lady Imelda marcos are taking all the first lady of the other countries here in Caylabne. Before this is so beautiful full of hotels restaurant bars and massage spa. And lots of small boats and clean waters and lost of tpurists. But now this is closed in public..only owners of the houses have an access in side

We sailed for about 4-6 hours to this place from Manila Bay and stayed for about two hours for late lunch at Kites and Sails and coastal clean-up (though the place was relatively clean compared to most resorts, there was still presence of some trash). The island was remote and I don't think there's another way to go there except through the sea. Going to and at the area, you can see the lush green mountains juxtaposed with the floating groups of trash. The bay itself was evidently well-managed probably because of its exclusivity. The food at Kites and Sails was very good (their sinigang is a must-try!).

I have been to many beaches in my lifetime. This is also a good beach to visit. It is close to the city & you can ride a bus for transportation. This used to be Marbella in the 80s that was how long ago it has been! I was bit by some jellyfish here lol but I survived! It was a field trip work related with my mother & her co-workers. That was during the time she worked for Warren Buffet group of companies. The memories last a lifetime! Great food but during our visit it was not clear beach water :( Nonetheless it is salt water & awesome for your skin! Ingat at magpakabait palagi! πŸ˜‡βœ…

I've been here three times already. A friend of my mom would always invite us to spend summer vacation here at Caylabne because she owned one of the rest house. The place is perfect if you want serenity. It's a good place to enjoy your friends and family but it's quite esxpensive though. 😁πŸ₯°

This is Napolitana style pizza. Do not confuse it with NY Style pizza. They are very different. Excellent.
