A reasonably priced, no-frills, that has been in this area for years. A small "continental" type breakfast is available to guests, fast wifi service is available as well. The motel does not provide room service or dining options on the property, but several restaurants are just a few minutes down Wabash Ave. and three major grocery stores are also a very short drive away on Indiana State Road 46, near the Interstate 70 access ramps. This motel is an older location and was poorly managed before, but now days, renovations have taken place and there is better management. This motel can only get better, I've stayed here many times, and never have had any problems.

Not the cleanest place but for the working person it's a great place to stay by the weekly rate

Very COVID-safe check-in process, quiet motel. Room was very cold in January and never heated up even with heater on full blast all evening and night. Heater is loud and intermittent, making it very hard to sleep through the night.

Bug infestation like I have never seen!!!! Would not recommend to anyone. Door was broken, cockroaches by the hundreds, stained dirty bedding. Worst place I have ever seen and I travel all over the country.

As soon as I walked in I seen 2 huge coakroaches and killed 2 in the bathroom not even going to bother either trying the water, tv and remote messed up terribly I'm scared to have my things in this room 😐 were just not going to say anything I guess 🙄🙄

Friendly stuff and welcoming. But the sheets were dirty and the breakfast was not so great just yogurt and waffles. But it is an amazing place just to get a shower and a bed to sleep during a long trip.

Rooms/bed is comfy plenty of room. Nice and quiet.

Absolutely the nicest people ever..big storm..no power..they offered to go to the grocery.. don't think anyone else would offer this kind of help...

A very nice budget motel. The staff, obviously a family (that's a good thing!), Is very friendly. The room was VERY clean. Water pressure was fair... sink and shower... I had a lot of difficulty with the door knob/lock, getting the actual key to unlock the door. The A/C was intermittent, kept shutting off even though I had the controls set to steady "on." Overall, a pleasant stay.

Get what you pay for dont stay if possible take it from 20 yr US Canada traveller

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times the last time was very poor. I stayed from Monday, January 23 2023 to Friday morning January 27, 2023 they don’t clean your room change your bedsheets give you fresh towels a TV don’t work I supposed to have cable and only got one channel

The room my partner and I stayed in had a leaking ceiling. It was the last room available so we decided to stay and either switch rooms or motels the following day. Later that evening I discovered cockroaches in the bathroom. The desk attendant offered to refund us only half of what we had paid. We reluctantly accepted this offer. There was also a discrepancy on the cost of the room. The customer receipt and pending credit card charge indicates $75 was charged. My partner and I explicitly remember signing a merchant copy receipt for $86 and change. The desk attendant also insisted on a $20 cash deposit as well. I have stayed at dozens of hotels and I have never encountered a cash deposit policy before. There are many other affordable hotels in the area that do not have leaking ceilings or cockroaches.

The owners need to leave the heat on in the rooms. It took alot of time to get it warm so I could take a shower. Couldn't use the shower, sand and crud coming out of the hot water faucet, brownish colored water.

If you just want a place to lay your head for the night and don't mind the smell of piss, this place is for you. At least we felt safe there but it is very run down.

Very clean, quiet and peaceful, affordable. Have stayed here many times I have never had any complaints. The cleanliness was very good. So quiet even during the weekend no traffic running in and out. Close to everything you need 5min away.

This place is fine and relatively clean. However, i guess non-smoking rooms were made non-smoking not that long ago, and without any renovation. Unfortunately, room still smells of smoke, and there are literally holes in comforters. It needs new bedding, new carpeting and paint job to get rid of that smoke smell.

Worst motel experience ever! Rooms were dirty and nasty. We brought our own bedsheets because of a review I read. Had to buy a new shower curtain because the one that was in there was so dirty and filthy it stuck to itself. Every time we took a shower debris came out of the shower head, it looked like sand. I didn’t feel like I got clean, my hair felt weird too. Not sure if the water is contaminated. Also a pipe in the ceiling was dripping cold water. It was very annoying when we tried to sleep we had to listen to the dripping. We got bit by something at night, not sure if it was bed bugs or fleas. Bedsheets and towels were stained. Absolutely would not stay here again!!!! Owners don’t care, didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was.
