I had a terrible experience here… stopped to take a nap while driving cross country. As I was trying to nap, I began to feel itchy. Found bed bugs in my room, and had bites all over my body. Had to ask for a refund. Was bitten and itchy all week.

Disturbing and disgusting. Why haven't you closed the doors and remodeled. These rooms are unacceptable and not fit for people, matter of fact I wouldn't let my dog sleep here. I left took it as a loss.... because there isn't anyone there to help you.

Nasty rooms, no microwave in one of our two rooms. The heat wasn’t working when it was below freezing outside, so the guy came upstairs to fix it and said we had to keep the bathroom door closed and put our two pillows on the floor in front of the door and said keep them there. We then had no pillows to use when I called downstairs the lady said she couldn’t give us any other pillows to use so we slept with no pillows. The next morning we called and asked for a couple cups and new towels cause they clearly weren’t clean and our baby needed a bath and they said no again!!! BY FAR THE WORST MOTEL I HAVE EVER SEEN! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

Rude. Unacceptable. Screaming, cussing and calling my husband and I names in front of our 1 year old and six year old. They gave us one towel for FOUR people. Stains on the beds. Mold on the ceilings. Ceiling tile falling down. The lady tried to hit my husband in front of our children in the parking lot. Very very, inhumane. They don't even help you. Very unprofessional. I will never in my life go somewhere like that ever again. My review would be to not go there. Waste of money. Waste of time. I'm not one to complain, but our visit was absolutely ridiculous. The worse one we have ever had.

I think the bed bugs even pay rent to come back in that place but for cheap place to stay I guess it's okay I didn't stay there I stopped and checked

Clean but husband found hypodermic needles on dog walk...drug deals in the parming lot...left 3 days early was charged 100.00 more dollars than booking compamy stated...no refunds...

NO RESTAURANT/ROOM SERVICE. BYO towels, pillows. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Filthy rooms, roaches everywhere including IN microwave. NO working smoke detectors. Filthy water (toilet) leaked from 2nd floor - staff didn't care, took days to fix with no rebate. Owner is rude and creepy, goes thru belongings, came in while I was sleeping and roamed the room. NO 24hr Front Desk. NO ice machine. Conveniently doesn't speak English when you need to report a problem. I have NOTHING good to report. Don't do it!!! For what they charge, there are other motels who charge the same that are decent. And it's no longer new management, they've been there at least 5-6 years. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Bad service . Need to be understood how to talk to the customer service desk. He says i am a boss. And he don’t have any single qualities of having working there. So kick him out or just find out good person.

Don't waist your money Its run down & expensive at that . Very expensive , $400 @ week to stay & barely any towels& wash cloths & the owners are super cheap & stingy 😒 If your paying $400 @ werk , you should be getting treated like the Holiday Inn . You pay for squat , that's it

This place is joke . I would not even call it a business. I call them ask for someone's room they say no not here . Me knowing the person I'm trying reach is there . Then they just hang up on you . Call back get no answer. I would never stay here .

Booked a room on Bookings dotcom and would not excepted it...very rude..

K. Umh. They actually painted the bathtub apparently a few years ago (like. With wall paint). I’m no plumber. But. Ya. Looks awful. I believe most of the people that are here actually live here via weekly rates. My boss reserved this room, so he’ll hear about it. There are no smoking rooms even though everyone that lives here smokes. I’m assuming it’s so they don’t smoke crack or meth in the rooms. K. So I did give it two stars. There is a pretty awesome cemetery across the street. It is within walking distance of a Subway, convenience store and liquor store. So. Plus for me. They do provide one bar of soap, but honestly, if you don’t want lead poisoning or deep gashes in your feet, I’d just skip showering for a day. The yelling and screaming from the other residents didn’t start til 1 am. So was nice of them to wait til I fell asleep.

Very bad. Cigarette burns and holes all over the bedding, broken sink, molding toilet paper, molding and broken ceiling tiles, stained and dirty walls and floor, broken fridge, no internet.

Definitely a old hotel. But the front desk is very friendly and they also let you know in detail about the room. We was going home and started getting sleepy this was the 1st hotel we passed for miles.

BED BUG INFESTEDplace should be shut down out of business. I had to have some repairs done to my house so my husband my son and I decided to stay there for the night because the smell the paint in the house was too strong especially for a 16 month old. We chose the stateman because it's close to home and our car isn't running the best. We get to our room and I give my son a bath as my husband starts hooking our roku to the TV. 4 different wifi signals and none of them work which was frustrating because we asked if it did work before we paid for the room. After calling the office a couple of times nothing was done to fix it so we just drcided to find something on cable and go to bed. When we turned down the blankets I wanted to be sick a live bed bug crawling down the sheet. As we got looking more both beds were covered in bed bugs dead and alive also covered in the tracks bed bugs leave behind. i absolutely wasn't paying 65 dollars to sleep in a bed full of bugs. I went to the office and told them the issue and asked for my money back. The ower became very irritate with me calling me a lair and stupid insisting his rooms didn't have bugs and he refused to return my money. After arguing with him his wife and daughter they call who they said was the manager on the phone I told him the issue and he told me to show the people at the motel the bug so the man his daughter and a couple of people they have cleaning the rooms in exchange for living there all go in I show them the bugs and tracks and because the bug wasn't alive they still refused to refund my money and kicked me off the property. I'm unsure what is worse the fact the bugs were there or the fact that there was dead ones which means the so called house keeping didnt clean at all. I will not let this go I'm going to the news the board of health and I will not stop until this place is shut down I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS unfortunately on google you have to put at least one to make review

I honestly can’t say this is the worst motel I’ve stayed in in the last year. There are effectively 0 amenities, the beds are uncomfortable, and everything looks extremely old. However, it was pretty cheap and it wasn’t blatantly unclean. I’m not planning on returning, but I didn’t hate my stay.

If you absolutely need some place to stay

Very bare minimum. Had no running hot water at all.

Can definitely tell it's under new management and being remodeled, but the man running the place is super friendly! May not be the best looking but definitely very good customer service!
