I got the venti salted caramel mocha for the first time. It was okay...I wish I would've ordered something else. Service was great. The barista was funny and told us she wishes she could her nails done after seeing my gfs nails. Happy people who serve in this industry make a big difference even for a drive thru service. Just off the interstate and ideal for a stop. Restrooms available at the back of the store, fast, friendly and efficient counter service with the usual hot and cold barista made beverages and a selection of sweet treats available. A small selection of bottled drinks also available. 10cents discount available if you use your own cup. Drive thru available and parking outside.

We ordered ahead online, and went through the drive thru to pick it up. We had to wait almost ten minutes to get to the window, and when we got there my drink was wrong. My latte was supposed to be hot but it was iced. We took it inside to have it corrected, and the new drink was still incorrect. Instead of a blonde Carmel latte with whip it was a blonde vanilla latte with no whip. I appreciated their readiness to correct their mistake, but I wish they would have taken more care to actually get it right. The service was very nice, but the fact that we had two incorrect drinks when they weren’t very busy was frustrating.

This is the second Starbucks in Terre Haute I’ve been to that has been very poorly maintained. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, floors had food on them, and the outside had dozens of cigarette butts all over the ground. Just a shame that Starbucks has gone downhill like this. The service was good as was the food, but man, clean up your store!

One of the reasons that I like Starbucks is because there is comfortable seating where I can read a book. This is the 3rd time that I've come to this location and the lobby has been closed with a sign to use the drive thru. I see that someone else also wrote a review complaining about the lobby not being open. I came back to this location 2 weeks after writing the review and there was a sign that the lobby is closed. I'm headed to Dunkin Donuts. While writing this review, four people tried entering the lobby and went elsewhere instead of going through the drive thru. Unfortunately, SB is not what they used to be. Lately, I've had to order Americanos because their regular coffee is always cold.

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Pink drink was on point and my husband liked his Irish cream cold brew. I also LOVE that Starbucks will give free water. Makes my kiddos feel special to get their own drinks. As △⃒⃘lways, the pumpkin bread and cake pops were vastly enjoyed as well.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Starbucks and both times the drink I received did NOT taste good! I usually go to the Starbucks on 41 & southpointe because it’s perfect every time. I’m not satisfied with the quality of my drink at all for the second time at this location. Waste of money!!

A few months ago I would have rated this location 5 stars on everything. I'm not sure what changed but the service is absolutely terrible now. I used to go this location 4-5 days a week and now only go to that location if I have no other option. Literally every time I go there now my coffe is made wrong. The label is correct but things are missing in it or the wrong thing is added. Sometimes I have time to have it remade and other times I do not. So I waste my money when I go there basically. Like today my cup has the correct order but there is no whipped and doesnt seem like there the correct amount of sweet cream. I have attached a picture of my order. Very disappointing.

Visited on a Saturday, looks like the staff is mostly busy entertaining each other ignoring the customers. Coffee was better than most starbucks, atmosphere could use an improvement.

I got a gift card for Christmas and used it. Service was prompt and friendly and the coffee was well prepared. I enjoy their hot drinks.

What can I say? It's Starbucks. The best coffees from around the world. I'm a big fan of the iced lattes. The only complaint is the cups are not big enough. I can down a large in 5 minutes and I still want more. Coffee love.

This Starbucks didn’t have white mocha and offered a substitute that was not great. But the vanilla frap was ok. It’s a smaller shop.

Quick stop to get back on the road... Nothing beats great baristas, Pike Place coffee and a coffee cake early in the morning. Thanks for being consistent no matter where we travel.

This location is right off I-70 and was very accommodating for those of us without power during recent storms; they allowed video conferencing as well as places to charge your necessary electronics. The staff is very friendly and they always get my orders right. Drive thru option & ordering ahead on the app. Highly recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a Starbucks, like every other one. If they'd stop burning their beans to ash I'd like it more, but you can at least count on finding one.

My daughter & I got in line at the drive through Saturday night around 6:45. One of the employees came out and put a cone behind a car about 3 behind me. We pulled up to order finally and a boy came out with more cones and placed them in front of my car. I rolled down my window and asked him what he was doing? He said oh we close at 7. I said ok but we’ve been here waiting in line for about 15 minutes. He shrugged and said Sorry! We close at 7 and we’re short staffed and walked away. Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. You need to service the people who were in line before 7 and the ones in front of the cone the other girl put out originally. Horrible customer service skills. Regardless of how many people you have working, you still need to provide customer service to each person.

This Starbucks is hit or miss on how your coffee is made. Wife and I got the same coffee, Hers tasted watered down, barely any flavor, mine ok.

This is my place to stop on way between texas and michigan. Always good service.

Needed to make a change for an order because 1)they were out of an item we ordered in the app and 2) I forgot to make a change to a drink We confirmed the change before they made the drinks and they made it wrong still. They said they could fix it but she made my husband feel bad so he just kept the original drink They also forgot one of our drinks and only gave us 2 even though we ordered 3

Place was amazing for service time. They quickly made my wife's Chai tea with a smile. I'd they would just clean up their boxes and make the place cleaner it would get a 5 out of 5. Love the place otherwise. They also were dealing with a line that wrapped around the store and still got my wife's Chai tea put in 3 minutes
