Bubble tea took 1/2 hr to get…coffee too 20 min….smoothie too forever….got soft serve from the wall. It was good. Novel idea. However now I have my ice cream and no spoon…no cashier to pay and get my spoon…my I cream melted away. And it was expensive, almost $9 for a cup of ice cream. Next time I’ll go to carvel on Wednesday or baskin robbins on Tuesday. Those are their two fer days. Thank you for responding…however it wasn’t after school, It was evening and I didn’t get the bubble tea cause I didn’t want to wait around for it…although had we known we would have to stand around waiting for a spoon (while my ice cream was melting) we could have gotten it.

Ordered an egg cream and they gave me seltzer and milk in a cup, and when we went back to explain to them that an egg cream is seltzer, milk, and chocolate (or vanilla) syrup, the rude person at the counter said this is how they make it and that's that. Wouldn't recommend.

This was our first time going there and we missed these signs. My girlfriend and I were just trying to go for some light post dinner dessert. We accidentally grabbed the green cup not knowing it the “eat all you want” style. We grabbed it cuz it’s slightly smaller! We approached the register and found out what the deal was. We asked if she could Weigh the cup anyways as there was a minimal amount in both cups (very visible). The cashier denied the request. We asked if we could scoop the contents of our cup into a Dotted cup. She said “I’m sorry but I can’t let you do that” She made us pay $13+ for $3 worth of froyo at best. Absolutely horrible experience hands down. I don’t see why she couldn’t weigh the cups.

Ordered a Oreo cookies and cream cake Friday night pay for it over the phone. They said it would be ready Saturday at noon went there Saturday about 1:00 p.m. that's when the disaster and lack of communication started. I was in the store at least 15 minutes which is a long time standing in a ice cream place when I literally have been in there 30 seconds in the past to pick up cakes. They said the crust cracked or something they remade the cake. I took the cake home it was soft mushy like soup when we cut it for my son's birthday. The remaining piece in my freezer in 90 minutes it was perfect and beautiful and rock hard. Why was it not like this one I initially received it? Did they rush and make it too quick? Did they forget an ingredient or something? I paid 16 bucks and could have easily went to local ShopRite and got a friendlies or Carvel cake but try to support local businesses and I feel like this place let me down for sure as I did not expect me and my family to have to eat this cake like a bowl of soup literally.

Total ripnoff! We went in there after the movies. I was with my 4 year old and 6 year old. I asked the woman working if the fro yo went by weight nd she barely love OKed up and gave a grunt of yes. She was fussing with the machines because more than half of the machines weren't working. I was standing next to her explaining to my son that he could pick one flavor and one toping. Anyway my daughter got a single scoop. I went to pay and the cost was astronomical ($14) for not even quarter of the way full froyo cup and a single scoop of hard. I questioned it and said 'this goes by weight right'. she just said 'polka dot cup. I didnt understand what she was talking about so i asked again and she got borderline rude and said again 'if you get the polka dot cup. Now I'm sure there was a sign explaining this somewhere, but I've got two kids I'm wrangling and didnt see any. At multiple points while we were getting ice cream and when I originally asked her she could've told me that I needed to put it in a polka dot cup. Or she could've just weighed the cup we had as thee wasn't even the equivalent of a single scoop in it with two sour patch kids and maybe three gummy bears. anyway, not an experience nor cost I would ever like to repeat. The equivalent of not even two scoops of ice cream for $14 insane.

Excellent place you have choice to pay by ounce or get the one price cup for a lot of toppings.

The peanut butter cup shake might have been the worst tasting thing in the world, maybe ever. Milk must’ve been expired or something. Really bad

Sundae Surprise: My nieces and nephews know our sweet tooth! Thanks to my adorable niece and nephew, I discovered a new dessert haven called Sundae, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! From the moment they dragged us in (kidding, of course!), We were hooked. The inviting atmosphere with cheerful colours and comfy seating had me feeling like a kid again. And then came the real test: the menu. Sundae and Acai, you say? Decisions, decisions! But thanks to my indecisive (and delicious!) family, I got to try both. The sundae was a classic done right – creamy ice cream, decadent hot fudge, and just the right amount of whipped cream and sprinkles. It was pure childhood joy in a bowl! But the Acai? Wow, that was a revelation! Fresh, vibrant fruit swirled with nutty granola and creamy acai – it was like a healthy tropical vacation in every bite. The perfect balance of sweet and tart, refreshing and satisfying. Both the sundae and the acai were absolutely delicious, made with quality ingredients and generous portions. But beyond the food, it was the experience that made Sundae special. The friendly staff treated us like family, making sure our bowls were overflowing with happiness (and toppings!). They even had a cute little play area for the kids, keeping them entertained while we adults indulged. Overall, Sundae was a delightful surprise. It's the perfect place for a sweet treat with the family, whether you're craving a classic sundae or a trendy acai bowl. Thanks, nephews and niece, for introducing me to this gem! 5 stars for Sundae! Delicious desserts, happy vibes, and family .

Not bad but the Port Jeff Frigate is vastly superior. More of a selection of froyo flavors and better quality.

Ordered the small acai bowl, was a bit pricey but it was worth it. On the other hand you can load up on toppings at a fixed price for the frozen yogurt

Just wanted to give extra love as I see how hard the owner is trying to make this a wonderful place and I know how hard running a business can be.

Always frustrated with being understaffed and offering products then not having them. Advertise diary free ice cream and the last 3 times they didn't have it. Now they offer boba tea and 3 timed we tried to order it they didn't have boba made

Tasty but when I arrived 2 hours after opening, half the frozen yogurt machines were not turned on and 1/3 of the toppings were out. Seemed pretty unorganized. I recommend better training or hire more staff.

Sundaes did an amazing job for my nephews birthday. The staff was awesome! Did a great job with our crazy group. The ice cream was also really delicious… and had options available for my child with multiple food allergies. The facility was clean. We had a great time. Would highly recommend booking them for a birthday.

If there were 0 stars that’s what it deserves. I went for a yogurt and waited at least 15 minutes with yogurt in hand. One person was in store waiting for her order. The cashier never came out of back. I rang bell no response. Another customer came in and still waiting he rang the bell. The yogurt I was holding was melting all over. The sales person never came out from the back. Never greeted customers while we all stood there. I finally put down the melted yogurt down and left. Sales person never came out of the back. I can’t believe it. This place is crazy.

I normally order from here after the gym and get a peanut butter protein shake. A guy with long dead blonde hair took over 10 minutes to ring me up because he didn’t know what he was doing and I called it in 20 minutes before and they didn’t even make it or know about my order. I went back again (my mistake) and asked for it again and the lady messed it up putting regular protein and choc ice cream when I said vanilla and peanut butter protein. The girl then gets visibly annoyed and remakes it without the banana I asked for and repeated myself politely many times. In this picture there is no banana in the shake and does not taste at all like the shake I would normally get it is disgusting. Very disappointed at how rude and poor service this store is. It went down hill and many people I know agree with me. Never coming again. Nasty service and people who don’t care about your order

They had either vanilla or chocolate, those were pretty much the only flavors available. They had quite a few toppings, the only ones i found appealing had none left. I ended up with a cup of vanilla and sprinkles. I paid for myself and my three friends. Total was $36 for 4 cups. NINE DOLLARS for vanilla ice cream with sprinkles that i didn’t even enjoy. Don’t waste your time here, go literally anywhere else. If they had more flavors or if they stocked up their toppings I maybe would consider spending 9 bucks not probably not.
