When I came here at night it really stood out. Staff was friendly, it was very nice overall. The lighting in the rooms isn’t the best, but this is compensated by its incredibly effective design. The place offers a very good drinks selection, with lots of variety including many personal favourites. ✅📈Highly recommended, particularly for adults. 📉Factors that may make you dislike your stay could be the recently refurbished walls, the slightly non child-friendly illustrations in rooms, the limited selection of tea.(Good) But limited restaurant selection.

Hotel itself is nice, some rooms have glass showers which can make showering a bit interesting, the biggest issue though is the staff, the gentleman who was helping us with breakfast was more busy listening to his earpods, except for the last day because his boss was around, during dinner it took over 1,5 hours to get our food, even ordering took a long time, even though the staff had time to gossip with each-other a lot. the checkout staff was busy watching a basketball match on his ipad and considered us more of a nuisance, even though also claiming he was new at the job. Some complaints were made to this gentleman but no feedback nor remarks were given. In short the hotel is good, facilities good, but the staff make it not worth it for now.

This was the first stop on our road trip to Lake Garda and we were expecting much. We had booked this road side hotel and were expecting our equivalent of a Premier Inn. The staff on reception greeted us and booked the hotel for us. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. Both bedroom and bathrooms were high end-albeit a bit dark-but very quiet, considering the size of the hotel and the proximity to the road. We ate at the restaurant and sampled some beers and cocktails-all of which were good. The food was of good quality but the portions could have been bigger. Service was good and our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a good selection of breakfast and items were replaced quickly and efficiently. A great stop en route.

We had a nice stay on the 12th floor with an amazing view and a nice bath. The bedding was really good and the room was nicely equiped. Some feedback points; the shower was really noisy, like a loud whistle. Also the temperature of water is not always steady. We could also hear talking from the neighbours and their showering. The swing was also a nice feature and good for reading. Breakfast and diner was good. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay after a long trip!

Situated conveniently, you can enjoy visiting nearby locations and explore Luxembourg popular tourist destinations. The room is very spacious with a wonderful view. The breakfast buffet offers several options. The welcome drinks are a very nice touch.

Hôtel is super, contemporary design, nice and confortable sleepingroom. There was unhappily a very disturbing bad smell in the bathroom and thé service at the restaurant was this time less qualitative than usual ( error in the dishes) but it was quickly solved.

Excellent hotel with many advantages. Location, spacious clean room, do it yourself bar, top restaurant with fast efficient service, parking and lots of charging stations . Only minus is the charge for dogs. We had to pay 50e (25 pp ) for two small dogs . Comparing to other hotels that’s too much!

This hotel was perfect for I only have one remark about the windows in the room as we couldn't (keep kantel) this window Th food was very good in the restaurant were we had diner which was fantastic prepared from the kitchen in the hotel . However we didn't took the breakfast as we think €23 is to much money for people who only wil have served a little sandwich with a cup of coffee .

Awesome hotel. Nicely decorated with clean and modern rooms. Beds are comfy as well. The restaurant serves very delicious meals. We both had a steak which is highly recommend. We made a stop here on our way back home coming from the cote azur in 🇫🇷. The Tesla super chargers are a big plus as well. Glad we followed up on a recommendation 😀

It's always a pleasure to make a stop in this hotel. Well located, gentle staff, good service. The rooms are large and very neat. The breakfast is fabulous and changes with the seasons! What could be improved? The TV channel 's offer in French (or Belgian)is poor and not everything available 😞

Very kind welkome at the reception . All staf are very kind. We come to this hotel 3x a Year . We feel very welkome . Staf at the bar where also very kind . Only one small request bit more light in the bathroom. Parking is perfect .

Located next to the highway this hotel is an excellent alternative to staying in the Grand Duchy. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped (including a coffee maker) and spacious. There's ample free parking space and a Tesla Supercharger next to the hotel.Breakfast is varied and very tasty. Recommended!

Beautiful, brand-new, quiet rooms. Good dinner, great breakfast selection. Not much around, but that was fine for us since we needed a stop on the way back up from our Christmas market road trip, only wish we stayed another night!

The room was spacious and modern in appearance. The bed was also very comfortable. But it was also extremely dusty. When I lifted the duvet, I could see the dust in the air to get into the bed. I was very much affected because I have allergies.

I was in business trip, and it's a great place to spent your night. The staff are very nice and the rooms are very clean and welcoming. Only thing to improve for me is to add fitness centre

Breakfast and room were great. Diner was very poor: in 4 weeks holidays, we have had 8 times dinner. This was the most expensive, but the worst experience from service and quality point of view.

The hotel has a luxurious look and it’s very tastefully decorated. Unfortunately overall we were disappointed with it. The room was very nice and extremely big for a hotel room which was a positive. Beds however were much too soft and my pillow had hard bumps in it. We were tired after traveling the full day and ordered a room service - €15 charge for room service. We waited an hour for it (had to chase) and the food arrived cold. My napkin was dirty. The cold burger was replaced. The food wasn’t great and burger felt undercooked. The room service charge was removed however feel the food was a waste of money and we shouldn’t have been charged for it. Overall disappointed and would not eat in the place again.

The hotel is excellent in many ways. The rooms are contemporary, big and very clean. With complimentary coffe/tea/water. Beds and pillows very confy. The reception and lounge area is big and beautifully decorated. The hotel has 24h/7 mini market so in case of late arrival you can find options for snacks and drinks. The restaurant has a nice menu but it would be nice if they had different menu for lunch and for dinner. The service was a bit slow and not much organised. i.e. had to ask multiple times for something. Breakfast is excellent with many options to choose from. Even though we didnt have children with us the hotel has kids area which can be kept busy.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. We stayed here on our way home from a two-week tour of England. Unfortunately the ferry was a bit late and the rain on the road delayed our arrival. Nevertheless, we still got a hot dinner at 10pm, even though the kitchen was actually closed. The rooms are absolutely great and the staff very friendly. We can only recommend the hotel.

Being a disabled person in wheelchair, I am always doubtful about hotels amenities for persons like me. In this case, the room, the bathroom, the bar, restaurant, and breakfast area were all close to perfect. My only advice for improvement: - ensure disabled parking slot are really used only by disabled people, - improve access to the shower by installing additional grips from opening up to the seat - shower ground is slippery. Thanks to all employees for their availability and kindness. A place of choice when looking for a good place to rest after a long trip. We will stop by in the future for sure when visiting our family.

Wow, what a wonderful hotel. Everything about it was top quality. The rooms were comfortable and clean, beds comfy. The staff were superb, especially the young barman who never stopped making cocktails and filling drinks orders. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing everything you could need for a great start to the day from champagne to freshly made omlette. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location was next to a busy road but once inside you forgot about it.

Sunday Brunch is great, fresh and there is a lot of variety (including the drinks) to chose from for old and young!

When calling the reception to inform them about the water leak from the shower on to the carpet and the bad odor when entering the room, it was obvious they were already aware of the issues. I don't think this is worthy of a 4-star hotel, let alone the executive suite. The one star review is for the breakfast, which was excellent.

Lovely hotel. Room was pico bello and equipped with a separate toilet. Restaurant downstairs had an excellent choice and lots of vegetarian options.

Nice hotel with beautiful furniture. Rooms are good as well but the flooring is carpet. Although the view from your room to the outside is very good, the hotel is next to the highway. It is an advantage for easy accessibility. Staff was all friendly and helpful. We had a good time at the hotel.
